Ron did a great job. He was up front with potential problems that could occur and procedure to clear out lots of roots that were creating my drainage problems all the way out 63' to city drainage line. He ran the footer 5 times through to make sure all the roots were cleaned out. He gave great advice about what might need to be done in the future because of the root problems caused by all the trees we have.
This was all done on a Sunday. We came out very quickly to resolve the problem. I would recommend him to everyone. His professionalism was as good as I ever seen. I normally don't write reviews

After dealing with previous plumbing issues and other companies, whenever I had a new issue come up, I decided to reach out to these guys. They quickly came to my house the same day I called, identified the problem, gave me a quote and explained the process of repair. The next day, during repair, they were extremely professional, courteous of my household, and got everything taken care of in a matter of hours. Ron was very helpful and professional when he came to scope our sewer line. His pricing is amazing! He even promised to save our baby peach tree. He started at 8am while we were at work. When I got back at 330 he was done! He did everything on his own and even saved our tree! This project was a long time coming (5yrs) bc we've been afraid of cost and our tree. Ron was wonderful and we chatted afterwards. He is highly recommended. He is also very kind and understanding about things you're scared of. Thanks Ron for all your hard work!

Ron and his team saved the day, and budget, when we needed our sewer line replaced. Emergency Sewer Repair worked quickly and professionally to get the job done, kept a clean and safe work environment, and we were very happy with the outcome. Three neighbors ended up using Emergency Sewer Reapir soon after and were happy too. Definitely the best choice in the Wichita area and super easy to work with.
