It is possible to find traditional handmade rugs and carpets made in the 21st century. In fact, contemporary rugs are what we sell the most of at Arrediamo. More than 95 percent of rugs sold in Santa Fe are for the floor, but that doesn't mean you have to sacrifice quality. The handmade rug industry has gone through a revolution in the last 25 years.

Sometimes only the look and feel of traditional handmade rugs made from organic materials will do. We order direct from family-owned producers of traditional handmade rugs and carpets. An intimate knowledge of rugs and a gentle, yet thorough, handling ensures the shape is maintained and original color is restored. No harsh chemicals are used, and each rug is washed separately, so no transference of colors occurs.

We have been looking for a very fine 8' x 10' rug for our home in Colorado. We have looked around many places, including Colorado Springs and the area we live in, but never found what we were looking for in both quality and price. We planned a trip to Santa Fe for just travel and decided to check out fine rugs. We found several places on the net and emailed/called them for information. From beginning to end, nothing but great service! Never any delay is showing us any rug we wanted to see, even if it was at the bottom of the pile. Once we selected a few, Burcu and Anthony came to our home and helped us look at each of them in place, moving furniture and doing whatever it took...without letting us lift a finger. The selection of rugs was great and combined with great service, it is the only place in Santa Fe we will go for rugs!

I found Arrediamo very well stocked and attractively arranged. They were courteous and helpful in explaining the various origins and qualities of each rug I asked about. Their prices were fair and somewhat negotiable, especially when making multiple purchases. I was pleased with the free shipping and ease in completing the purchase as well as receipt of the rugs within the time range discussed. I am very happy with the rugs and how they fit in my home and decor.

Shopping for rugs can be daunting, but Arrediamo, and specifically Burcu, made the experience friendly, easy, and there was never any hint of the sale tactics we have experienced at other places. They only wanted us to be happy and did not pressure us - they helped us. We are very pleased with the entire experience and this is where we will return if we need another rug!

Rem and the entire staff at Arrediamo are amazing! We had 3 large kilim rugs that needed to be cleaned. Rem picked them up and personally returned them when done. He even provided perfectly cut, proper pads for each one. Service was on time and professional. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend them-
