The owner wanted to remove three interior walls and a central located brick fire place and reconstruct two exterior walls adding two sliding doors and in-enlarging the windows, remodeled both bathrooms, remove and rebuild kitchen, adding new central heat & air, add and restore the original hardwood floor, added over 30 can lights, 4 sky lights, wired the house for internet and hard wired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, repair and add patio, upgrade electrical panel, installed irrigation and sprinkler system in front, back and side yard, enlarge driveway, remove and install new grass, add walkways, replace and repair fence.

My husband and I recently hired Mazzamoto Construction to do some much needed exterior repairs to our Martinez 1920's charmer bungalow. As one might expect we were nervous looking for the right fit and feeling confident in the work product of the company that we would hire. We had several bids but Gino Mazzamuto was a stand out. Mazzamuto Construction did a fabulous job redesigning my master bath and bedroom. They relocated plumbing, walls, a heating duct, electrical outlets, added sconces and recessed lighting, and built a walk in closet, installed 2 pocket doors and a vanity mirror. The crew was very skilled and professional and Gino was always very responsive whenever I had questions or made changes to the original plan. I would definitely recommend Mazzamuto Construction.

Mazzamuto Construction remodeled our family home that was built in 1953. This included a room addition and kitchen expansion as well. Not only was everything brought up to code, the whole interior and exterior was beautifully updated.
