All I can say is… I’m very satisfied with the customer service, and the turn around time. My garage is pretty old, but nothing Reese, can’t fix! I’m overall satisfied with my experience I had a problem back in January 2021 due to the spring. I called and not even 30 minutes later had someone at my house. Same for my second call. So I have never used Fix This Garage Door's service but I want to say thank you to the guy that drives the truck. I was at the DFW at 5 am in the morning on June 8, 2021. I got a flat tire as soon as I drove… into the Airport to drop my little brother off. I was by myself and the car required a special tool to fix the tire that I could not find.. I asked the gentleman for help and after telling his loved one goodbye he jumped in to help me. He helped me in his nice shoe. He helped me find the tool I needed and changed the tire in front of the departure terminal. I did not grab his name but
