I would absolutely recommend this company. The staff were friendly, courteous and on time. They work efficiently and the work area was clean. I called into Victor looking for help repairing my refrigerator.-freezer was not holding its temperature. Two things struck me as really awesome in today's world. 1st, Victor answered my call. This has been the best experience I ever had from start to finish. Vitaly, the manager, was awesome. He was honest and everything he said, he delivered right on. We spoke to Victor who scheduled us for the following day. Victor shared that if he could come to us the same day we called he would call right back. While waiting for Victor to call back we found another company to help us the same day. When Victor called back hours later to say he could come in a hour he was very upset we had already found someone to service our need. Disappointed in how unprofessional Victor was about no longer being needed when he didn't call back in a timely manner as advised.

Charged me $308....$179 for labour and $129 for the part which act only cost around $40.
He does NOT standby his claim of 100% satisfaction guaranteed all I got was unprofessional and deceptive business practices and a part now with no warranty.

2 - overcharged me for the wrong part and services

We hired MMI to clean the dryer vent line that has the vent located on the rear roof. On May 6, 2021 MMI sent 2 techs. While they were working on the roof my wife and I heard loud noises of something slamming against the house. They spent 15 minutes working on the roof and said they were done. I purchased a dryer from an appliance center. I never worked. I repeatedly took the dryer back and the owner would say it was something with my connection or vents. It was not. I found Victor to be rude and condescending from the beginning. I was charged $187.50 labor and parts, and he put whirlpool parts in my LG dryer. Parts cost $25.00!
When I went to pay Victor told me there was an up charge of 7 percent to pay with my Amex.
He wanted me to pay by check, but there was no mention of charge card fee in any conversations or on his website, or invoice.
When I said I was not paying 7 percent additional charge on my written bill and gave him my charge card to pay original total only, he called the police and said I would not pay my bill! He does not need to be in a business

I had a hard time reaching out a technichian from LG. They have very bad reviews and they never picked up the phone when I called them. I went on Yelp to see if anybody does repairs outside the LG. We had another company come out to repair a leak on our refrigerator and they gave us a bunch of BS about it being this and that and we just asked them to leave. We could see the dollar signs in their eyes. The second best thing a neighbor recommended them to us. In the middle of a global crisis our laundry machine started making an awful noise. With six adults or almost adults under one roof - this was not good! I had an issue with my dryer and reached out via Yelp for quotes. Victor was the first one to reach out with immediate availability. He quoted a very reasonable price as well. He called and said he could be over earlier than he promised.
