Two different homes. Each time, the service was great. Phone calls promptly returned on status when we were out of town. Once again they were the lowest estimate and we enjoyed outstanding customer service. The installer Gavin was very nice and took the time to show us how to operate our new motorized shades. He cleaned up and made sure not to let out the cat each time he entered and exited our home!

Bought the top up, bottom down blinds about 5 years ago. Absolutely love them. They give the privacy needed, plus they look great and insulate the windows too. We placed our order for whole house blinds on August 4th 2021 understanding that the turnaround would be approximately three weeks.
On October 14th our blinds
were finally installed after two month's of waiting for blinds to arrive.
Realizing these are different time's we are living in right now with the problems presented by the Covid epidemic we were not real concerned about the delay in installation.
Shipping problems, manufacturing problems and staffing problems were taken into consideration.

I called to make an appointment. Three weeks went by and i called again. She had not passed along my info. Gavin then came out and measured, called me with a bid. Then he called me back saying I wuld have to rent a machine do install the shade on my skylight. He then said he would talk to his boss and see if they could pick up this machine and he would call me back. He never called me back. What poor customer service.

It took so much work on my part to follow-up with them to get an in-home consultation set up. Then, the representative was 35 minutes late to our set time. She did the consult, although a bit rushed compared to other consults from other companies we had had come through already, and then let me know she would have a quote sent over by Friday. 3 days later, on Friday afternoon, I emailed asking if the quote was ready or if it would take longer. She never responded. Don't bother with this business... it's not worth the price you get quoted. At the end of the day, we were more than happy

These people are horrible. We had 15 windows and a sliding door. The young man started at 1:00pm and had trouble with almost every window because their lady measured wrong. Then he didn't finish and packed up at 4:30pm. So due to it being Friday now we have to wait till sometime next week for them to come back and finish. We are moving in this weekend. I would NOT recommend them. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the man here has been nice and polite the entire time.

Brian and his crew have been great. Steve from Northwest Realty suggested checking them out. I did shop him a little but being local is always a plus for me especially when it comes to support after the purchase. However, his prices and quality put him easily over the top. He worked through several visits to get us to where we needed to be on budget but also was able accommodate other needs. Highly recommend Olympic Blinds to anyone who asks and to personal friends. Easy choice to do so.

I did not have a good experience with Olympic Blinds. There was a lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service. I was quoted one price by the owner over the phone then emailed a quote at a higher price after already having put down a cash deposit. Can you say bait and switch? Need quality blinds? Go elsewhere.

I received a great value for what I paid! The shades are beautiful, add insulation, and go well with my home. Kathryn helped me pick out a great fabric and color. I’m so glad I opted to have the blinds installed too. Rob was meticulous, clean, educational, and professional. There is no way I could have installed the blinds like he did. Overall a great experience, and I’m happy I supported a local business.

These people are horrible in keeping appointments and claims the customer was wrong. Promised my outdoor shade in 3 weeks and it was over 4 months. They never call and update you, making the customer having to call them. They don't stand behind their warranty. They blame manufacturers rather than take blame themselves. One of the "workers" is the owners son, is busy being impressed with himself rather than work. The worse part is the developer of my housing tract used them in most of the homes. The homeowners are extremely unhappy. Do yourself a favor. Move on to a reputable company

Yes we're in the middle of COVID bit seriously, no communication at all. We've had to call every 2 weeks for several months to get a status. Still waiting for the blinds. I always prefer to deal with local small businesses but I have received more communication from big box stores. If customer service is important to you...I'd think twice.

I feel it is important that I reviewed my review since I haven't experienced such a bazaar experience in my lifetime ..I am 65. After Several times trying to reach Olympic blinds I wrote a review. After 3 months had passed and the owner Brian, and companion showed up unexpectedly at my house requesting to see my problem blind. I was asked to show them how I raised the blind an was immediately reprimanded for my inability to do it right! I was then reprimanded for my review...that it was unreasonable and undeserving. I got 2 quotes for the blinds I wanted installed. Olympic blinds beat the corporatey store by $500.

So happy with the service we received! Had an estimate done Monday, and our chosen product (faux wood blinds) were installed that Saturday! The product easily beat out the competitor - not only in quality, but price too! The guys were professional, and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend them for all your window covering needs!

Olympic blinds "Brian" called and left a message on Monday the 2nd at 8:23 a.m. To give us a courtesy call that our blinds have been there for 30 days and they will be discarded, and they have a sign posted about not leaving blinds stored. How funny. Brian barely called on Saturday December 26th and left a message (the message I previously indicated) that they had been busy and just now got around to getting order info for the blinds to replace. Our broken blinds have been sitting there for months. You just now called on the 26th of December, we have the voicemail to prove

I would highly recommend Olympic Blinds if you need window coverings for any room in your house. They will outbid any quote you get (i.e Budget Blinds). I got the same product and better service for a remarkably lower price. Budget Blinds was two and a half times more expensive. The staff at Olympic Blinds had a flexible schedule and were in and out quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased and will be recommending them to everybody I know.

I had Olympic Blinds put in my plantation shutters and blinds in my kitchen, dining room and slider. They turned out beautifully and Michael, who does the installation, is especially courteous and friendly as well as professional. My only complaint would be that they were rather hard to communicate with and slow to return messages when we needed to replace a damaged blind. We got it done, though, and the finished product is great.

Excellent costumer service, both from Brian the owner, and Michael the installation tech. Brian really helped us choose a color that complemented the wall paint in our home, it's classic, he was right on. We were close to not doing "blackout" shades in our children's rooms, but he pointed out a street light near their window.....glad he was thinking, I didn't notice (we had just purchased the home). Overall, we are very satisfied and will recommend this company to friends, and will continue to go to them for future window treatments.
