It was the day before Christmas Eve, and my Father-in-Law was staying with us. We were leaving town to attend a family gathering on Christmas Eve, and about 4 pm my hot water heater release valve began spewing water. In a panic I called plumbing companies and one did not answer and my regular company was booked for several days out. My wife found Dr. Dripps by a recommendation from a friend so I called them. They immediately called me back and they were going to be able to come out on Christmas Eve. They then called me back and had a cancellation and they were at my house around 6pm on the 23rd

I have had positive experiences both times I’ve used Dr. Drips. The first time Janice went the extra mile to find and order a part instead of replacing the entire faucet. This time replacing a garbage disposal that had been leaking took less than an hour and everything was left clean and neat.

Very pleased with this service! They were able to service our water heater in the same day I contacted them and Jance arrived during the allotted time slot and fixed the issue on the spot during that appointment. I really appreciate him also taking the time to walk us through what the issue was (with photos) so we understood the problem and what he did to fix it. That goes a long way in building customer confidence. Will definitely be using them again for any of our future needs!

Really awesome service. We were having problems with our water heater and while most of the team was out, the owner just came over and checked it out. Because it was an easy fix he even reduced the cost and pointed out a few other things I could do to maintain the heater. We also discussed some other potential future home improvements they could do. Really awesome service and I highly recommend.
