Manarii Gauthier de Chateaufort, born and raised in Tahiti, happily married to Nalini with 3 children; JJ, Maviri and Taitoa. I moved to Hawaii in January of 2002 to attend UH Manoa on a Golf Scholarship, was married in 2007, and have been living in Hawaii ever since. Ever since I was a small child, my #1 goal was to join the Fenestration industry to figure out what that word meant, and here I am.
We'll service your windows with the products that protect them from our harsh island environment and track their maintenance to ensure it conforms to your warranty standards! When the other guys try to tell you that you've Violated your warranty, we'll be there with you to prove otherwise! Windows are an expensive investment in your home, don't risk that investment by not having Island Windows & Doors take care of your new windows.
A strong window means a safe home! All windows are tested for Hurricane-force winds, and come standard with double locks for your protection. Our high-impact, multi-chambered, and aluminum reinforced frames offer superior strength and security. We utilize stainless steel in every exposed hardware component to reduce rusting and corrosion, and all products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
For over 30 years Service Aluminum has been manufacturing custom windows and doors for luxury residential, commercial, residential, and retail projects. Providing window walls, bifold doors, multi-slide doors, custom glass and more for contractors and architects, their products offer superior quality with our superior service.
3mm minimum for each pane is standard; as the glass dimensions increase, so will the thickness of the glass. A continuous stainless steel spacer is used with both a butyl and silicone rubber seal to ensure that the argon gas between the panes doesn't leak out, or that moist air enters. Our glass has a.05% failure ratio after 50 years compared to the industry standard of 17% after 20 years.

I used Island windows for all 23 windows in my home. Manarii was exceptional with his customer service and quote. Their window product is top notch. Their installation team did a great job and they also provide a 1 year complimentary service for all the windows. Preston and Jack came out every quarter to matain and service our windows. Complete professionals from start to finish.

They are articulate and informed, but do not try to oversell. I was asked what I was looking for, made aware of the options and allowed to come to a decision that was right for me.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I've received the worst customer service from the business owner Mana. He does not follow up, he does not apologize, he does not try to resolve the issue that's caused by his company. I would never recommend this company to any of my family and friends in the future. Installation company that they refer you out to is also a "zero star" when it comes to a customer service.

I am so pleased with this company every step of the way has been smooth and easy from my first call to sales, they were prompt and not pushy, which I appreciate very much. D livery and installation was handled very professionally clean and they followed through with me to be sure everything was perfect for me. They did the windows in the lower level of my house, I am looking forward to having them do the upper level soon.

We had to order two big windows, a 5' and a 10''. Island Windows was the only one that gave us a reasonable price and delivery time even with COVID delays. They custom ordered the window to the measurements that we needed. When the windows arrived, they also delivered and followed up to make sure things were okay. We had our own contractor for installation. The windows look great and we're very satisfied! Highly recommend

We've had our windows for half a year now, and loved every day of it. View so much better, AC costs are down, and washing is a breeze.

George has been super patient with us and accommodating from the beginning. Really quick response and follow up. Mana also called to follow up to see if there was anything else he could do and answer any of our questions. Anthony was also accommodating and quick response. We were told our windows will be received in August so we're excited for them to call to so we can complete our renovation project! Will update with pics!

We recently had our windows replaced by Island Windows & Doors and had a great experience. When we called, Mana came out right away to talk to us about our options and get us started with a cost estimate. Once the windows were ordered, Mana and his team were great at keeping us informed of when our windows shipped from the mainland and when they arrived on Oahu. When the time came for the windows to be installed, the installation crew led by Anthony, showed up right on time. Happy with my windows from IWD-very good insulation as it blocks out loud noises. My dogs were not the least bit bothered by the loud fireworks on New year's eve. Also, love my casement windows which helps to add a lot of airflow in my kitchen.
At first I was skeptical about how quick the installation would be,
but they brought a lot of workers and the fast installation turned out to be a blessing more than a curse. I would definitely recommend Mana, Paul, Anthony and his crew!

The Island Windows & Doors team ordered my windows and they made such a big difference in my kitchen. The windows were the right size and came in the timeframe delivered. There is so much more light and the windows stay clean. The windows open and stay open better than our previous ones. There is a marked difference in temperature and the kitchen is cooler than the other rooms. The install team was great and very professional. I definitely will buy more windows from them in the future.

So much fun working with these guys! They are incredibly knowledgeable about what is out there on the market and what types of windows and doors are appropriate for any given situation. They work with only the highest quality products, so it the decision making part of things if very easy. In addition to working with high quality products, they have managed to find an inexpensive way to get the products on the island and they pass that savings on to the customer! And again, just so much fun to work with. They are funny and genuinely good people.
