I think they fell off the face of the earth. Someone named Larry came out and collected information three weeks ago to prepare a quote. Since then I have not heard a thing. I called several times but only get crickets. From reading the other reviews and my own experiences I get the impression that they're not at all reliable anymore. Too bad, seems like they had a good rep at one point in time.

CRA was recommended by our pool builder. Larry Duke came out, took measurements, and gave us a fair quote. We accepted and budgeted the work. Once it was time to start the pool, I reached out to Larry to give him payment and he ghosted me. It took a few calls from our builder for him to just email us back. When he did, he said that he needed to take measurements again and there had been price increases over the past 4 months. Again, no follow up so I reached out and he made another excuse about our roofline not being straight. It wasn’t an issue four months ago but somehow it is now. He then

Have you ever been to a restaurant were it feels like the server doesn't want to be there, and you do not feel welcomed as a customer. Well that is basically how the sales rep Larry Duke Jr. portrayed himself and his company. It started off on a bad foot by rescheduling the appointment because they moved their office. Maybe it was a red flag that the scheduling didn't know that were moving that day? He then did not quote the advertised price on the website, even though the requirements were met for advertised price. Reading the Reviews on here I was excited about getting a quote for my pool screens

Absolutely the VERY WORST company I have ever dealt with. We signed with them in JULY 2020 for an Lani extension and they still haven't completed the job. All you get is promises and dates and then no one shows up or calls. Management ignores your emails, text, calls. I would NEVER recommend you hire them. Once they sell the system, they pretty much walk away until it's convenient for them. We were told approximately 16-18 weeks. I suggest calling someone else.

If Karen and I could give CRA 10 stars we would! This project is probably the most enjoyable homeowner experience that we've had in our 25 years in our home. From the initial contact by internet to the order process to the demolition of the old pool cage to the measurement of the new cage to the installation - what can we say? We hired CRA to manufacture and install a cage and gutters on our new house and could not be happier with the whole experience , everyone was very professional and communication was great , starting with Perry and the rest of his team it all went without any issues at all . We have had so many compliments on the quality of the structure and the awesome job Matt and Don on the install . I highly recommend CRA .

We hired Commercial Residential Aluminum (CRA) to install a screen door in our front entry to help control the insects from getting into our home. The door was installed in October 2019 and looked great. Within a few weeks, the handle for the screen door began to stick. This would cause the door to not securely close and would then allow insects to enter the area.

What a great company! CRA is a breath of fresh air. I'm glad someone still knows how business is supposed to be done. Throughout the entire process we were told exactly what to expect and all expectations were delivered. Customer service is well over the top and they were very patient when I asked them questions about their service. The crew arrived on time, were very professional, and clean. The picture view screen looks awesome now. It feels so pleasant lounging in our pool.

This company is being used by a builder to out a screen up for a home being built next door to me. I've not had any problems the entire time this house was being built UNTIL CRA showed up. They use my yard to place large aluminum screen parts. Which would be fine if it was for a little while (or of they had asked) but they left them there for 4 days. I had to get help to move them out of the way mow my lawn. Also, when they are there, they blast loud music the whole time. In the mornings. The only reason I even know this company is being used is because they park their blue and green truck

HEY !!!!! CRA to date I have replaced 4 of your inferior screens. And now have to more that need replacing. I have heard all the excuses from around the neighborhood as to why screens are failing. The last one was the Spline that you were using. The only good thing is I don't see that many of your trucks in our community. That must mean there are to many complaints. UPDATE UPDATE

CRA has just replaced our enclosure after having lost old one in Hurricane Irma, and must compliment them on a job well done. When other companies were price gauging and promising the next one up would be yours, they were very fair with their pricing and honest with commitments. Their crews are very professional,polite and leave job area in same condition as found. Hope I don't have a need for an enclosure for a long time, but would definitely use this company again

After the first quote by another aluminum company in the area, I knew I needed to get a second, and called CRA on the blind. Turned out to be a a great choice. Needed to change and reconfigure screened front entry and hold to HOA rules. I had two service techs out and everyone was great. From Dan and Matt who did the job clean and fast at the same time, to Alton, estimator and Tim, service mgr. Everyone was honest, reliable and on time. Hard to find lately. Will be back when I need to get their kind of work done.

CRA was contracted by our pool company in 2015 after two years and two screen enclosures we are still waiting for the company to correct issues. They used poor contractors, sub-standard materials and poor excuses, They have continued to put us off CRA starts making repairs without finishing months go by any many promises made have not been kept by management. Look elsewhere
