This is the second time that I am trying to work with this place. The first time order delivery got delayed by a few days and when they finally got here they didn't give us any heads up that they are coming despite my request to be notified in advance so we can be home for the delivery. We had to rush home just to meet them and tell them where we wanted them to lay the material down. When I first called, the lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable and gave me detailed prices on all the materials I needed right away. Today I called again to try to get prices with the full intention on making

Very disappointed in Huskey's. I am in the process of finishing my basement when I was advised to go to Huskey's as they specialize in trim and crown molding. After I drove the 40 min to their Lewisburg Ave location I was informed this was their showroom and I can look at some small samples they had, but I had to drive another 10 min to their Beasley location to speak to a "sales rep." When I got to the Beasley Rd. location, a warehouse in the industrial area of Franklin, I was surprised to learn that no Sales reps are on property. Has been a really bad experience with this place paid for some lumber and they sent us to two different locations to pick it up at and still couldn't pick it up because they didn't order and pay for it. After we paid up front for it. Them was supposed to have it shipped today and then they got the wrong lumber shipped to them and now it's going to take at least another day to get it if we get it tomorrow.

I have worked with Huskey in different ways over the years. Most of which has been as a customer and the last encounter was as a hired vendor for services. Each interaction with them has been professional and respectful. It is good to deal with a company with Christian values and who really care for and appreciate their customers. Nothing went right. During our selection and ordering process the rep was rude and did not listen to us or write things down. It took weeks of bickering with her to get our order right over the phone and then lo and behold, on install day the doors are all wrong. Not just a little wrong...they forgot the windows that go into the unit and the doors open the wrong way. Our install crew was sent home and the doors were sent back to be rebuilt. Two weeks later doors arrived correct but covered in excess glue on the glass, frame, and trim ... you name it, it had glue on it. It took hours to work off
