My experience was not the best but the outcome was fantastic! I want to shout out to Wesley for his great customer service and making sure I left a satisfied customer! I had a remote starter installed and had issues with other things not working aftet the installation. I called, and they quick said bring it in. Since they couldn't figure out the issue Wesley went above and beyond to figure out the issue and got it resolved. It took a few attemps but is done. He was apologetic and who can be mad at someone who is doing their best to fix the problem. Thank you Wesley!

I have been going here for many years. The owner is a great guy and very accommodating, so why 2 stars? His installers are horrible! I had a 1 year old car when I went there just had a speaker upgrade and amp added. I ended up with broken plastic covers on several parts of the interior that are now held on with double sided tape. Scratches on multiple surfaces on the dash and console as well as multiple trips back for poor sound. I hope he improves his installation crew because he is a great guy with great prices.

Called to schedule a 2 way remote start and was told it was $350. My daughter took the car over and they installed cheapo 1 way. Originally they said 1 way was $250 and 2 way was $350 but they charged $280 for the 1 way. When I called them they said they could swap from the 2 way but then the price jumped to $400. On top of it all they messed up the wiring and now the brake light is on...😡😡

Buyer Beware! I emailed and got a 25% off code then went in store to get a quote. The tech was very nice and gave me a ballpark estimate. I talked with Moe who said the 25% off would just be installation which was different from what the tech said. I left and got another email from Moe (form email) which I replied asking for a line item quote with how the discount was applied. I never received a reply. Very fishy.

PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE.I TOOK MY CAR TO THEM 2 TIMES.FIRST TIME THEY LEFT ALL MY FACTORY SPEAKERS CONNECTED ON A AFTERMARKET INSTALL,TOOK IT BACK TO THEM TO FIX THE ISSUE FOR THE 2ND TIME (JULY 19TH).WHEN I PICKED MY CAR UP ON THE 19TH AFTER 2 HOURS OF THEM HAVING IT(CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME),I WAS HAVING BASS DROP OUTS ,AUDIO SYSTEM CUTTING OFF,(NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE THE 1ST TIME)FRUSTRATED I WENT HOME KNOWING THEY WAS CLOSING NOTHING COULD BE DONE TIL TUESDAY,UNFORTUNATELY I WASNT FEELING WELL AND TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID AND WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FROM THE 20TH OF JULY TIL THE 12TH

Had a stereo, subwoofer and windows tinted on my son’s car. Electronics are not something I’m familiar with and have had to go back a couple of times for assistance, each time I went back they were extremely helpful and their only concern was to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend them if your looking for great customer service.

Bunch of liars work there! They've installed a start remote on four of my vehicles in the past and every time I installed the same start remote model. So, they charged me $150 for labor and $30 for bypass. Today I came in with my fifth vehicle and they charged me $200 ($150 for labor and $50 for bypass). The guy told me that they never charged a $30 for bypass in the past, so this liar ripped me off. I won't ever come to this place again. So, avoid this place!

I was jammed up on a DYI car stereo installation because the head unit would not power up. I took my F-150 in and they sorted it out with a quickness! While I was there, I had them tint the windows as well. They do great work at fair prices! I'll be heading back there for 4 speakers installed into my truck! I'm totally satisfied with the work, service and prices. I 100% recommend Stereo 1 for all of your car audio, tint, car alarm and custom wheel needs!!

They didn't try to upsell me in the slightest, I told them what I was looking for and they sold it to me. I waited for my SUV to be done so I had an opportunity to see their interactions with a number of customers. I went to them to get a car stereo I purchased for my (ages old - year 2000!) car, and they installed it. Everything went great, they installed while I waited and the stereo works great. They owner even helped me get the stereo working with the blue tooth on my phone (the reason I bought the radio). Nothing but good things to say about them - if you need a car stereo installed, they're your guy!

Again, great customer service from these guys! Had a button on the key fob controller for my wife's Murano get punched into the body of the fob. The car no longer could be remotely unlocked. Luckily, we discovered this at home, and used the provided backup controller. I took the broken controller to the 27th street store, where I was told, if I took it to their 84th street location, they might be able to fix it, and if not, had some new ones in stock.
