I hardly post on here - but wanted to warn people about a roofing company -MTZ Roofing that has been doing some work in the Forsyth and Gwinnett area. I had a few neighbors that had them replace their roof, and looked fine. So - I had him look at my roof and he said it was damaged in the same places and quantity as the others. He said I will file with the insurance for you, and you don't have to do a thing. All I ask is that you sign this contingency he said. It stipulates, once it is approved at full replacement, we MTZ have the sole rights to replace the roof - else it
