Update Oct 30 2021: The heat function is wonderful on this new system!
Very personable and arrived in a timely manner. The new 2-stage Amana heatpump works great in comparison to other brands we've had in the past.
Probably should give them a 5 star, but we were not happy that the air handler was placed so the info. statements are upside down -- looks stupid-- and the filter slot lid reads upside down, too.(Yes, the factory and manual say it's operationally fine to do this, but it looks wrong aesthetically.) Perhaps they should tell the customer ahead of time in case to give them the option to

Called on Friday for service on a leak in our kitchen. Extremely pleasant and professional to deal with on the phone. She informed me that they would not be able to get here until the middle of the following week, but said she would let me know as soon as they had an opening. Called me early Monday morning and had a master plumber out within the hour. He did a fantastic job and was very friendly and professional throughout the visit. Cost was very reasonable and I will not hesitate to call them again.

Owner's wife is very professional and a pleasure to deal with when setting up appointment. Technician was on time and professional. He cleaned our furnace in a timely fashion. Critical: Professionalism
The owner of the company seems to be respectful and perfessional. But his wife who is in the office is one of the worst people I'm come across that is working with the general public. She is unfriendly, not perfessional and has no idea what she is even doing. She will distroy the business and she should not be working with the public.
