Communication is the worst. They charge, they might come, you're pool might be clean or swamp and you're left wondering what the hell is going on???? Unreliable, and honestly not quite sure of what to do professionally. But great on collecting that cash! One of the worst and most headache causing business I've had to deal with. Very happy with my new pool service and the professionalism and communication skills.

Josh, the owner of the company dropped everything to fix our pool, after another pool service let us down. Came on a Friday night to investigate after I called him, he diagnosed the problems, got the parts and had it fixed within a day. His company website and invoice process works very smoothly and keeps you informed.

I had a fountain installed and they recommended not to have a filter. Big mistake. Josh revamped the back and made it better than new. Just in time for Thanksgiving. I thought it was a great value. Thanks Josh!

Over the years I’ve used many pool services. But since I’ve been using Super Blue Pools, my pool has never looked better. Josh is reliable, keeps track of each service for me, and is responsive when I ask him to take care of something. I’ve had great service from Super Blue Pools for the past 4 years. High integrity, responsive and totally customer focused packaged with great service. Our pool always looks beautiful and is perfect to swim in. A great example of their integrity is when our pool pump failed recently, instead of just trying to sell us a new pump with all the associated costs they went back to the manufacturer and fought on our behalf to have them fix the pump, we ended up paying approx $80 for a service call from the repair company vs. Thousands for a new pump. You don’t see this kind of advocacy much in today’s

Just had my pool acid washed using Super Blue Pools. They did an excellent job and in a service industry that usually cuts corners, they went above and beyond in many ways. After our pool was completed , well almost we were handed over to Josh. Josh walked us through our orientation with all the valves, pump, cleaning etc . We had had a pool in our other home but added a jacuzzi so there were more things to learn regarding equipment . I had to call josh a few times until I got it down and he was always available and very knowledgeable . So thanks to Super Blue Pool’s we are enjoying our beautiful new pool / spa. Might we mention we recieved once a week cleaning for 4 weeks. They do such a nice job we might just keep there cleaning service! Highly recommend them

Cannot day enough amazing things about Super Blue Pools! We have had such a great experience from day 1. This Company is Amazing! Excellent customer service - not only is everyone so courteous and helpful- they are patient and thorough with explanations!! Any time I’ve had a question or concern I feel like they are on it right away!! I highly recommend this company!!
