Scott installed two new PGT sliders for me. It was a difficult project because the opening was surrounded by vintage paneling on one side and vintage siding on the other. Scott took great care not to damage any of the original materials of the house that surrounded the doors. He also laid down protective floor covering on the newly refinished terrazzo. Scott is a true professional and highly skilled craftsman who shows a lot of respect and care for the client and their home.

Had Scott replace the siding on my home. I had gotten a few quotes from various companies and while Scott was not the cheapest, I am so glad I went with Schrader Contracting. Scott took so much time assessing my home (which is almost 100 years old) and making sure everything was done right-he goes above and beyond what is required of him. You can tell in his craftsmanship and the quality of his work. He is very skilled, kind, and thorough every step of the way. My home looks amazing and it is all thanks to Schrader contracting! I would use him for future projects in a heartbeat.

I had an emergency with one entire exterior wall of my house. Scott came to look at it the very same day, assured me it could be repaired and started work the very next day. We encountered quite a few "interesting" construction issues due to the age of the house (It was a vintage nightmare). None of these issues stopped Scott and he found a solution for all of them. They included a drainage system, a pair of french doors, two exterior doors and some landscaping changes to accommodate the drainage system. Scott Schrader is a master at home improvement and the quality of his work is second to none his attention to all the fine details is what makes his work so outstanding. Scott put all new hardie board siding on my home and all new impact windows, and he did a beautiful job. It ended up being much more involved due to termite damage that was extensive but he repaired it all quickly and at a great price. My wife and I feel that we have a brand new home now after all Scotts hard work and we love our home. Thanks for always going the extra step and doing things just right we couldn't be more pleased

Remodeling projects can be stressful but not when you have the right contractor! We have used Schrader Home Improvement twice now and couldn't be happier with quality of the workmanship and professionalism. It was a pleasure dealing with a Scott. Scott Schrader recently completely remodeled my kitchen. I was very impressed with his professionalism and work. Scott was always positive and personable during the entire process and had patience as we often changed our plans. Schrader Home Improvement did some floor tiling for us on the stairs that lead to our garage and in a large walk in closet in the garage. Scott is wonderful to work with. He is honest about his pricing and he does meticulous work and takes pride in the quality he delivers. He is an all around great guy and I will hire him again for all of my home improvement jobs.

Mr. Schrader did several home improvement jobs earlier this month including replacement of upstairs bedroom flooring and A/C duct work as well as cement work on an outdoor lanai and installation of a front door screen.
All the work was efficiently accomplished at a very reasonable price. Scott has a great customer friendly demeanor and is very trustworthy. Out of 3 contractors screen for this work, his bid was by far the lowest and the work was exceptional.

Scott Schrader was an excellent person to deal with & very knowledgeable also his workers were great & hard working. Scott completed the work for me at my house as a result of Water Damage done to my Flooring. He laid a new Sub-floor & removed all the water damaged materials which was a lot of hard work but an excellent job was done by Scott & his Company.
