I called around for quotes from several business to have my residential septic tank pumped. After several companies failed to return my calls, and one no-showed on a scheduled appointment, I called A+ Home Services... They came out a day later and did a phenomenal job for a very competitive price. The technician, Owen, was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. First time having our septic pumped here in AK after having a septic in Fl for 12 years. No one spent more time explaining and giving useful tips than their employee, Owen. He was so courteous and knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Decided we would use this company every year for a scheduled pump out to avoid any issues. Great experience with this company and we highly recommend them.

We built a house and requirements of the Home Owners Assoc. is to install on all lots an AdvanTex Treatnent System. It has to be checked annually. We get a bill mailed, pay online through www.anchoragetank.com and then they typically come out and inspect the septic systems efficacy making sure it's running properly and if it needs being pumped out.
Anchorage Tank is who our contract is with, they bills us and we pay, but these guys work for them, subcontracting.

A+ gets an F in customer service and scheduling appointments due to the owner (Becky)...not friendly. Even after you expressed the intent to educate us on a septic system that you installed we were unable to gain that knowledge. Thank you to the technician that came out and did a great job, sorry you were micromanaged during the process.

A+ Home Services is a great company to work with. After getting 5 competing bids, I had septic systems in three different homes completely replaced by A+ in 2017 and found them to be competitive, experienced, fast, efficient and thorough. Mike always answered his phone, no matter when I called, which is extremely important to me- I am a contractor myself (out of state) so I can be very demanding on my jobs, and as a customer. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, including the secretary manning the phones at the office. I recommend them highly..and it takes a lot for me to say that.

A+ deserves an A+! Amanda was the first person I spoke to when I called to get a quote. She is freindly, smart and knows exactly how the septic business works. We are selling our house and she walked us through the entire process. Additionally she was able to get the septic tank emptied and inspected within 24 hours of my call. Lastly she said to please give 3 to 5 business day to receive the paperwork from accounting. I got it the next day! Richard did the actual job and he was AWESOME! If anyone ever needs this job done go to A+! The cost was great and the service was the best! Thank you Amanda

I've never worked with a business like this before; for years now they have taken care of our septic tank, and it's always the same person who answers the phone, and she's amazing -- so professional, so nice, so willing to answer questions and talk about what needs to be done.
