I recently won 1 free service from a giveaway they did on their Instagram page. I originally wanted a spider and water bug treated for outside the home, but when Joe came to my home to do the service he noticed he we had a little ant infestation going on, and I mentioned that we had a few problems with ants inside the home too. He recommended we treat for ants first, because if we treated for spiders the ants would run into our home. Within 24hrs I did not see any ants anymore. We have been using them for years now and I wouldn’t have in any other way. They honestly are the best out there. I spend a lot of time outside working in the yard. Before we started using them I would see all kinds of bugs including black widows. Since we have had them coming out haven’t seen a black widow or other spiders in years. Makes it nice to go out and work in the yard and now having to worry about any pest. I recommend them to anyone that needs a good reliable pest control.

We have used Eviction Pest Control for about two years and we are very grateful for the service. Joe is professional, reasonable, and he sprays which ever area we request; even when we call in between service days! He gave us a great referral for termite treatment too. He knocks down and cleans up any webs. We have noticed a much needed improvement since having the pest control service, especially in eliminating the June bugs and black widows!

I tried out Eviction Pest Control based on 2 great reviews after ending the contract with a large major pest control company. On the first visit Joe went above and beyond. He was very easy going, a good listener to what the needs were, professional, easy to communicate with via phone/text, and professional. As another reviewer stated, he is very competitive at pricing which is just a plus. I would definitely give this company a try if you're in the market for an honest pest control company.

Hands down the best there is! Very kind! We had a very bad roach problem and he took care it! He took his time and got into spot I didn't even know were there! He asked us where we saw the most and gave extra attention to those areas! He worked around our Schedule which was awesome because we have kids! Also he reassured me that it was safe to bring the kids around because I'm a worry wart definitely be using him forever!

They helped us with a rat problem on a rental home and also assisted us in our own home getting rid of black widows.

Eviction Pest Control is great! We use them for bi-monthly service to keep out ants, spiders, ear wigs, and whatever else is out there that isn't welcome in my house.They are always prompt, courteous, informative, and extremely competitive with pricing. I have a relatively large yard and they always take the time to do it right and are happy to help with any additional requests that I may have. I have used numerous other pest control companies in town and none of them come close to Evictions performance.

MY wife and I were desperate. Our sick son lives on skid row. He infested our home and we did not realize for a long time. When Joe and Luis came to our house they calmed us down and said what and when they would and could do t o to help.They told us what to do and did what they said they were going to do.They are so professional they show up on time neatly uniformed and very polite and intelligent.They were so helpful with my wife who had become paranoid.
