I have been with Alarm Security for over 30- years. I met the owner nearly 40-years ago. He has been the most responsive owner manager I have ever seen with a business. Mr. Felix Ochoa makes sure everything is done correctly for the customer and to his satisfaction. He is the only owner that I have ever seen crawling the attics and arriving in the middle of the night to make sure everything is right or to secure a home or business. As a Police Officer I know which companies I would have and wouldn’t have at my home or business. I strongly recommend Alarm Security they put your safety & property

I HAVE BEEN WITH ALARM SECURITY FOR OVER TEN YEARS AND CANT SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT THEM. THEY INSTALLED ALL THE WIRING AND SENSORS WHEN WE REMODELED.. ONE OF THE SENSORS CAME OFF A WINDOW LAST YEAR AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE GLAD TO COME OUT TO REPLACE IT. (not under warranty after ten yrs) OR I COULD COME BY AND PICK ONE UP AND THEY WOULD SHOW ME HOW TO PUT IT ON. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL FALSE ALARMS BECAUSE I FORGOT TO SHUT OFF THE ALARM BEFORE OPENING THE DOOR. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROMPT TO CALL AND ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIOBAL ONCE WHEN AN INTRUDER BREACHED MY PAIO DOR THEY STAYED ON THE PHONE
