From the very beginning, Aztec Blinds and Shutters was a pleasure to work with. They were easy to reach, scheduled a consultation and followed through with professionalism. The consultation was a breeze; they come to your home with all the samples and give you a quote immediately. After placing our order, they kept in communication throughout the process and let us know right away when our order was ready. Installation was quoted to take an hour, but only took a few minutes. Aztec Blinds and Shutters are the best in Tucson! We ordered new wood blinds from Aztec, and the entire experience was great. The blinds themselves look really nice, and the selection to choose from was great. Leo was the rep who came to the house to measure, help us view the samples and walk us through the whole process. The women who run the office, Sarahi and Liliana, were incredibly helpful and nice every time I spoke to them. And the installation team of Fernando and Juan showed up a little early, got to work immediately, and they were efficient and quick. Thanks, Aztec people.

We made an appointment with Aztec Blinds & Shutters because we had two windows replaced and we were told that our previous blinds would no longer fit the windows. When Leo with Aztec Blinds & Shutters looked at our windows, the first thing he said was they will still fit, you don't need to replace them. If you still have them I am happy to hang them back up for you. We were so appreciative of Leo to be so honest and so kind. It did not take him long either to hang them back up. I would recommend Aztec Blinds & Shutters above all the others.

We got new windows and needed new blinds. Aztec blinds brought samples to our house to let us pick out what we wanted. The new blinds arrived and the installers were professional and courteous. They did a great job with the installation, but one of the blinds had a minor manufacturing defect. The installers realized the issue, ordered us a new blind and Aztec did not take any further payment until the replacement was installed and we were 100 percent satisfied with all of our blinds. We were very impressed with their level of customer service!

Aztec blinds and shutters did an outstanding job from start to finish. They scheduled an in house visit soon after I contacted them and they offered excellent suggestions. We ordered wood shutters for our home office they installed them and they look great! Their staff kept us informed at every step and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Just had my shutters installed by Francisco & Fernando. They were so nice and quick. One hour and a half for six windows and they are beautiful, I just love them. I also want to mention Leo who first came to measure and discuss the shutters. He was also very nice. I highly recommend this company for your windows, I have all good things to say about everyone I talked to. You can’t go wrong.

We used Aztec Blinds & Shutters in the Spring of 2021, and we found they had high quality products, installation, and customer service. When something wasn't "perfect" and to our satisfaction, the owner came to see the issue and then he provided options and promptly corrected the problem (without additional charge). Both the blinds (5 rooms) and the shades (2 rooms) are now perfect! We are VERY SATISFIED! Aztec Blinds is a professional, reliable and reputable company.

LOVED our experience with Aztec Blinds. They came promptly for measurements, answered our many questions before ordering, and then delivered in installed (quickly!) exactly how they said they would. Good prices and great customer service, I felt good about using a locally-owned company. The blinds are gorgeous and work beautifully.
