I established GutterPatrol in 2002 to offer a reliable, professional, and trustworthy gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation service in the Santa Cruz and Silicon Valley areas.
Our service includes clearing all debris from the roof, gutters, and downspouts, including clearing any downspout clogs. Gutters and downspouts are water-tested to ensure the system is functioning properly and to inspect for leaks or seams that may be failing. Debris is bagged and hauled from the property.
Valor Gutter Guard is a micro-mesh style product with a rigid metal frame that keeps leaves and other debris out of your gutters and downspouts, protecting your home from damage caused by overflowing gutters and clogged downspouts. We have used GutterPatrol and WindowShine for both our gutters and downspouts and our window cleaning for several years now. We highly recommend them. Amanda is very personable and organized, highly responsive to our needs when we make our appointments. Eric usually does our work and is highly skilled in his work. I might note that in the past, before his work on our gutters and downspouts, we have always had to re-flush our gutters during a storm. Never once have we had to do that since Eric has been cleaning them. You won't be sorry if you contract with this business!

I can't believe that any other company doing these services can do more comprehensive tasks. I had a quote from a gutter install company and they wanted to rip out the originals for $$$. Eric came over and charged me under $150 to repair a hole that was out of the edge of the gutter that dropped down three floors! Eric knows he can earn a good income giving honest quality work. He doesn't need to scam others.

We continue to have A+ service from Gutter Patrol and Window Shine! Eric and crew do an excellent job on my windows and will also gladly reach places that I cannot inside the house, removing the occasional spider web or dust on a high chandelier. Would highly recommend using Gutter Patrol for any services they provide. My interactions with Amanda were always positive, professional and showed great client care and support. Eric did an amazing job installing gutters, downspouts and screens. He is a perfectionist and made some modifications to my screens to ensure they were all in place and working properly. His helpers were also very friendly and helpful. Everyone wore masks while working outside and made sure to practice social distancing.

GutterPatrol receives our highest recommendation. Amanda and Eric were incredibly responsive throughout the process to finding and installing gutter guards on our home. It is clear they care tremendously about their customers, they went above and beyond to provide the level of detail we needed to make our decision.
Once onsite, Eric and team were very thorough and made sure that our gutters were completely clean, tested and ready for installation. We have a tough install since our home is right under an oak tree but that didn't phase Eric even as he had to clean our gutters multiple times

Eric installed the Leaf Solution gutter guard system for us, which came highly recommended by other satisfied GutterPatrol customers. Amanda helped us check references and select a color to match our new roof. The outcome looks wonderful! I recently had my gutters cleaned by Eric and was so pleased with his work. My roof line is challenging with multiple roof edges and gutters on a two story house, Eric completed the job perfectly and was polite and on time and very professional as well as friendly.
