Services
The company focused on selling process cooling equipment (specifically screw chillers) to industrial customers throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. In 1992, Combined Refrigeration hired our first service technician and immediately launched the factory authorized service division of the company.
Combined Refrigeration is born. CRR became the SE Texas regional distributor for refrigeration equipment and Air Conditioning products. In 1995, we started to see the need for additional after market sales support. We created our OEM division to help with the aftermarket support including compressor sales.
Air & Water Cooled Scroll Chillers from 2 to 110 nominal tons. Scroll chillers serve as excellent light to medium duty process chillers on smaller applications. We recommend using these scroll chillers up to about 100 ton process loads with only single compressor refrigeration circuits (No Tandem compressors!).
Smart Family specializes in design & manufacture of Rental Cooling Equipment for rental companies. Our Package Air Conditioning units are used by the rental industry to help keep their customers cool and happy. Demand is at it's highest during the warm summer months. As such, during this prime season, we stock 28, 40, and 80 ton package units to assist our customers.

Our 50-ton SMT050Q and 120-ton SMT120Q air-handling units are designed for fast and easy transportation, installation and stocking.
