I don't know if there are any alternatives to this business but I don't care. I love their product and I love doing business with them. When we needed a second awning due to a remodel calling them was a no-brainer.

Sitting in the hot tub relaxing, and realizing that even though it is cold and rainy outside; hot tubing can be enjoyable in the winter -- we have an electric awning to shield us! It is over a year now -so glad; and I still appreciate how carefully the wires were placed for minimum show. We were very happy with our treatment on the phone, at the show room, and perhaps most important - the installment and attention to timeliness. I highly recommend NW Awning and Fabric.

I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Travis! I needed a special project done for a fitting room at my boutique and I wasn't sure if it was something they could do since it wasn't an awning. They ended up being able to make what I needed and it turned out beautiful! Awesome customer service, I can't recommend these guys more!

This establishment is outstanding! The service was impeccable. We have an outdoor structure that has a slope to it and wanted some sun shades to hold out that searing west sun in the afternoon/evening. We had 3 companies (all highly recommended) come out and of those 3, only NW Awning and Fabric could demonstrate its incredible competency to create what we needed. The other 2, while wanting the job, couldn't even begin to figure it out. It was a no-brainer for us. One of the companies didn't even bother to follow-up and call back after they said they would--always a telling sign
