This company really exceeded our expectations painting the exterior of our two story house. Their prep work was meticulous and extremely thorough. They replaced a piece of fascia that was damaged, power washed EVERYTHING, caulked every seam and repaired some siding that was starting to warp. They removed and cleaned all of the shutters and downspouts and put everything back exactly right. They even painted the foundation wall, which I had never really paid attention to the fact it wasn't painted. And, it all looks fresh, clean, and bright! The crew were all very nice and professional. Our experience started with a detailed estimate by Cristil. She came to our home and had the figures to us the next day. We had need for interior painting and wall paper removal. Cristil was able to schedule her crew the following week. The wall paper removal was difficult and her crew did a great job. They were also excellent at preparing our walls for painting as well as actually painting. The entire job was handled in a very professional manner, exactly as agreed. We have used Platinum Painting for interior painting projects twice in the last six months. Both times we have been very pleased with the completed work and the cost was very reasonable, too. The painting crew showed up at the scheduled time and completed their work per our agreed upon schedule. We had them remove kitchen wallpaper and then paint the walls in our kitchen and family room. They did a beautiful job! They were very prompt and professional and finished the job on time. This is the fourth time I've used Platinum Painting for my house...they painted the outside of my house, my large deck and now two inside rooms (master bedroom and bath). They are normally prompt in getting back with you and they provide a detailed estimate to use in making your decision. While their prices are not the least expensive, you get what you pay for and Platinum's quality if really excellent. The workers are prompt, polite and professional...they are very responsive to customer needs and concerns, if you see something they will immediately fix the problem to your standards

They handled extensive repair on the siding and other architectural features and went out of their way to do the work in the most cost effective way without sacrificing quality.
