The Orlando International Airport South Terminal C Phase 1 Expansion is a 375,000 SF Modified Bitumen 2 Ply roof with a minimum R-30 Insulation and FM Rated at a FM 1-240. This entire project is managed by Hensel Phelps Construction Inc. and is valued at 2.6 Billion Dollars. It is the second largest active project in the State of Florida and we are happy to be apart of this Team for JET BLUE.

If you are looking for great people to do your job please give them a call. I called they came out the next day and followed up with me each time. ICE committed to a date to replace my roof, this date moved many times. When they finally showed up to do the work they were rude and disrespectful. They left a section of drip edge unattached and poorly cut. I called Josh (one of the owners) and left a message, received no reply. I then sent him a text with a picture of the area and he stated he would be there to make the repairs. After two months the repair has not been done. Buyer beware on ICE. don't use them......you will get a substandard job and meet with rude nasty people

Several MONTHS ago, while parked in a public
parking lot, that was not marked off, and in no way
was made apparent that roof work was taking
place, one of their employees threw concrete off of
the roof of the building and damaged my truck. I
spoke with the owner of the company who
essentially told me that job was subcontracted and I
needed to deal with the sub. So I contacted him and
was told I would be covered for the damages to my
vehicle. here were are approximately 5 MONTHS
ater and I cant get in touch with anyone involved. I
contacted the subcontractor one time and he asked
for

What an amazing group of roofers! Our roof is finally completed! They all have been extremely understandings, customer oriented, and always very polite! I would like to give a big thank you to Robert,Sam, Josh and the two great installers that tolerated me during this experience and answered all of questions and complied with all of my requests. Also a big thank you to the Worthouse Reps. Micheal from Poland and Chris. It was a learning curve for all of us and the results are stunning!
