My house was flooded. Dustin and his crew came quickly to assess the damage and remove wet carpet, pads, drywall, insulation, and cabinets. They used antimicrobial spray to assure no mold or other organisms would grow and installed five or six large dehumidifiers and many fans to assure everything was completely dry.

The day I pulled out that baseboard was a blessing and a curse. If you're reading this, I bet you can guess why it was a curse: mold covered the back of the baseboard as well as, I would come to discover, several kitchen cabinets. Enter the blessing: Dustin of Advanced Drying. He created a well-sealed containment zone in the problem area, and then his team went to work. They got rid of the mold, salvaged the boxes of the cabinets for refinishing, and avoided cross-contaminating the rest of the house. Since I do have a negative reaction to mold, I was VERY grateful for these extra efforts.

In January 2013 I came home to fifteen feet wide of water flowing out of my garage. As I ran into the house I was shocked to see several inches of water on the floor of my kitchen and laundry room. The water was pouring all over my new cabinets, soaking the walls, ceiling and flowing into the garage. I was devastated to see my newly remodeled home in such disarray. I called the insurance company and they suggested I call one of their "preferred" restoration companies. I didn't even think that I could choose who came to my house since they were paying for it so I setup the appointment
