Fantastic place to get those hard to find parts for any built in device. Elaine is so fun to chat with and went back in the storeroom multiple times trying to give me as many options as possible for a central vacuum fitting.
She also pulled out instruction manuals and made sure I knew how everything connects. They have a good display but plenty more items in the back so just ask Elaine. Very friendly and helpful.
They have their own parking lot off Taylor St which is a plus.

We came in thinking we would need to buy a new bathroom celling fan. We knew that it would cost $285 on Amazon. This place took the fan, did some tests and it turns out we only needed a $16 connector. We couldn't be happier.

We had been searching for a whole house fan for some time. Built-in Center LTE allowed us to see and listen to the whole house fan and even make adjustments to the speed setting to hear the different noise levels. The knowledge and support of the employees was great and the contractor they recommended did a great job at a significantly lower cost than other contractors we quoted. Great experience, highly recommend LTE.

Local owned small company- sell all parts for ventilation fans- motors, and can help you out with any ventilation fan. Also sell whole house fans, central vacuum items, all ducting and roof + wall caps. Have a back area with lit bathroom mirrors and cabinets made by robern.

Instead of replacing an entire exhaust fan in the bathroom, if you'd rather just buy a part and fix it for a fraction of the cost, and saving the environment too - check LTE at least. LTE had exactly what I wanted. They were extremely helpful and I was in and out in minutes. I replaced our HP Vacuflo Model 26 central vacuum unit that worked flawlessly for over 30 years. With that kind of quality design and reliability, I decided on a new Vacuflo 566Q. Works perfectly and is quieter than the original. LTE will be my first stop if any of my super-quiet Panasonic fans stop working, but they may last 30 years too.

Went in on a Saturday morning to find an exhaust fan for my attic space above my garage and Elaine was able to help me find what I needed.

Pricing is competitive and most all of the products they sell are from quality name brand manufactures. For me the convenience of walking into a store, finding what I need and walk out with it the very same day is worth it to me to pay a little more.

I have used LTE for years and they have always had just what I needed.
I am a HVAC contractor and can buy from many different wholesale houses in town, but I find LTE to always be well stocked and the most important thing "very knowledgeable"on their products.

Found LTE through Yelp and decided to make a call to see if they carried a few parts for my broken attic fan. The sales rep Tom was easy to work with and he gave me the cost over the phone. I later called to see if the whole unit was less expensive than ordering the parts and they were just as helpful. I went with the whole fan and they had it waiting for me when I came in.

The service was great and the cost was reasonable. The fan is now working and we're all happy at home.

We needed to replace our almost 20 year old noisy Nutone Bathroom Ceiling Fan, and while researching on line, I learned that our model fan has long been discontinued. The staff here is so helpful and their selection is amazing. The builtin vacuums are the coolest. They provide you with so much knowledge regarding the products they sell and they are easy to work with.

I have never found a store that specializes in bathroom fans only. Before you buy a fan, come listen to it at this store so you know how loud it will be. This store also carries the ducting, dampers, timer switches which really takes the guesswork out of what else is needed. If you read the Amazon.Com reviews you will find out that Panasonic is the quietest and most reliable and Ed carries most that you can listen to. This stores prices will be higher than any on the internet, you will find most models in-stock.
