Don't recall the gentleman's name but he was on the ball, answered all my questions and most importantly was friendly. He quoted me a good price and was at my house within the hour.
He replaced the seal and did a some extras for me at no charge. Lubed everything up and balanced the door in accordance with the electric door motor and door spring. That extends the life of the motor by lessening the effort required on it's part.

Robert answered my call swiftly, and Derek came early yet make appropriate recommendations that my garage opener doesn't not need replacement except little grease up , when offer to pay for his trip, he was cordially refuse and said just call me next time when you really needed some work. Based on this experience, Yelp should give extra attention to recommend truly American spirited professional other than just 5 stars rating.

We had garage door springs break. My wife was stuck with a door that wouldn't open. Robert responded immediately. We made a same day appointment. He showed up early and did the repair for the quoted price. He is very knowledgeable and had good advice. Our motor was bad but Robert advised it was under warranty so we went back to the original installer. Instead of waiting 1-2 weeks for parts from the other company we asked Robert what it would cost to upgrade. He gave a great price and again could do the job the same day I called. Great customer service! They communicated very well and offered same day service. Took about 45 minutes to complete everything. They took the time to help me program my new opener and asked me if I had any questions after service was completed. I'd be happy to refer them to friends and family. Very professional. Derek called back soon after I requested help with my garage door I ' dented' with my car and garage door would not ooen. would not roll up completely. Derek was on time and fixed what I thought would require a new garage door.. Not knowing about garage doors, I am appreciative for his honesty abd the he fixed it in 30 minutes or less for My garage door is fixed and the cost was very reasonable.

Within 20 minutes of discussing the issue on the phone, we had a technician out here who diagnosed the problem and made quick work of fixing the door (it was the sensor and while he was here he did some other routine maintenance work that had been neglected for a long time. We were somewhat nervous about leaving the door open overnight (it wouldn't shut), but Kurbsyde made sure the job was finished quickly and at a very reasonable price.
