I first interacted with Jesse when I had a roof leak at my residence. He was kind enough to call me back to let me know that they generally do commercial buildings. He did have the name of another person who did residential roofing and everything worked out great! Fast forward to 2021 when the business I work for needed to update the roof. I would highly recommend TBC as they were the only roofing company willing to work with the insurance company to ensure the overall claim was addressed thoroughly.
Jesse was very patient and professional with all the questions and concerns I had to replace the roof on my home without hesitation. I expected the roof to take more than a day but it was done in one day without issues. The crew was also professional and very mindful about the work area cleanliness after the roof was replaced.

Reviewed after a year - Awesome job, above and beyond in job details.
I was doing a new type of roof called a Warm Roof in the USA called Unvented Commercial.
About 3,800 sqft residential flat roof GAF. Jesse spent the time to verify with inspectors and GAF that there where no issues and how this system works. Jesse even had the GAF rep come out to inspect this new type of residential roof during installation with the 3 inches of rigid insulation.
Any problems I had, even the ones I created, or my subs - they where on the spot to fix.

Our roof leaked going into winter. Sean was able To stabilize the leak until spring when they could come and complete the job. I stayed in touch by phone as I don’t live in Los Alamos. Sean called to let me know the weather was cooperating and they could complete the job. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job on the roof! I highly recommend them!!

Jesse and his crew took care of everything, very quickly and professionally. I had a quick turn around roof replacement, and they set everything up for my insurance company to pay for the roof. They did a thorough job pricing it out, and they came in quickly and took care of it. I have dealt with a lot of contractors, and this was one of the most seamless jobs I have had. They kept in touch with me, my insurance, etc and did everything as promised, when promised!!!

What I loved: Jesse, TBC, was easy to coordinate with and kept me up-to-date on changes and expectations. Jesse was quick to respond throughout the entire process.
