Julian Quinn is a registered architect in the States of Georgia and Florida, is a member of the American Institute of Architects and holds a LEED AP designation from the US Green Building Council [USGBC]. From planned city projects to custom single family residences, Julian has expertise in projects varied in scope, scale and location.
Julian is the founder of blank design, an architecture practice specializing in residential and commercial projects, which aims to elevate the quality of the built environment through close collaboration with clients and thoughtful methods of practice.

Synthesizing programmatic requirements with site specific conditions to realize the potential of a given site in terms of place making, efficiency, sustainability and return on investment.

What is the brand image or ideals we wish to project? How do we best serve the clients or customers of the owner?

My expirience with Tenay and Julian was amazing. We redo our kitchen, and added a second bathroom to our house. The space was pretty small and they provided a beautiful and functional solution.
They handled all the permits with the city of Coral Gables in a very efficient way.
I'm already planning how to continue working with them. 100% recommend!

We used Julian for plans for a sunroom addition in our home and could not have been more pleased with the work! He was responsive, open to helping us plan the room of our dreams and was available throughout the construction process if our contractor had a question about the plan. We worked with Julian as part of our renovation enclosing a carport and turning it into a master bedroom.

Finally, an architect that listens to what you want and how you want to do it rather than treating us like school children. Even after the contract was finished and they were paid; anything related was handled with a minimum of fuss and quickly. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Although Julian has been the only architect I have worked with, I must say that his attention to detail is impeccable. He's patient, efficient, and honest. He also stays with you till the end of your project and support you whenever needed. This support includes delivery your plan to the City for review, picking up your stamped plan, and delivery it to you. Julian is awesome. I will recommend blank design + architecture any day.
