Puppies and white couches are a bad combination. Dupont Circle got back to me quickly, quoted me a fair price, were super flexible with scheduling, and I really loved the way my carpets turned out. Before, the carpet had obvious signs of dirtiness and discoloration, especially around the edges. They worked so hard on all five rooms, as well as the stairs. Any time we made a request for extra items or revisions he was happy to accommodate and make sure that everything came out exactly how we wanted it. Our place is not large, maybe 1,900 sq. ft. Dupont Circle Carpet Cleaning cleaned two bathrooms, did a deep cleaning in the kitchen, and vacuumed 5 rooms and were done in just about 2 hours. Naor did an excellent job cleaning my house. It's a 2500 sqft, 2 story house, most of which is carpeted. The day of service he arrived on time, was super pleasant, and took his time to complete the work thoroughly and left everything looking AND SMELLING fantastic. I tried maybe six different cleaning services and none of them compared to Dupont Circle Carpet Cleaning. They have been amazing from the start. We had our master bedroom, hallways with a couple stairs and walk in closets cleaned, the only regret I have is not taking action before! Every room was done thoroughly. Naor worked on the one part of my carpet that was heavy soiled until all the stains came out. Very satisfied, will use Dupont again and referring anyone who needs this service.

I would just like to take a moment to thank Dupont Circle Carpet Cleaning for the job they did on our carpets. I contacted them last minute right before the holidays and they were able to fit me in so that I had a clean room to entertain. Naor our technician was did an excellent job. He did our living room, and 2 bedrooms (and our hallways) within 1.5 hours so props to them. He was very thorough with the work to clean all the stains (I have 4 pets), and there we several very tough spots. They are very unprofessional. We booked an appointment for 8-10 am. The workers did not show up and refused to pick up the phone. I had to call from a different number to ambush them. When they finally answered, they claimed they would call me back in 10 minutes; they never did. I called them back and they did not pick up (assuming that they recognized the number.) It is 11:30 am now. I had to take off the morning to wait for them, only to be stood up. I do not recommend this company.
