WEEKLY LAWN MAINTENANCE: (weather permitting in March through end of season as long as the weather will allow us) Grass will be cut to 2 1/2 in height. Remove all heavy clippings. Weed whack in areas mower can not cut neatly. Edge around the entire property 1-2 times per month depending on specific need of each individual property.

PNG Landscaping was professional, courteous, and efficient. Provided some creative ideas to complete my 2 patios and retaining wall. Will utilize PNG for future landscaping and highly recommend. There were a few hiccups with material (life during COVID) but Lenny (owner) did everything to make up for it and I am completed satisfied.

Absolutely do not use this company, they do not care about their customers. We had scheduled a small job around our pool on April 30 and told there would be a 2-3 week timetable for the job to be finished. It is now August 21 and the job still hasn’t even been started.
I feel bad for the secretary who answers the phone. She is consistently put… in a bad position by Lenny. She is friendly and patient and is told by Lenny that he will call or reach out. Lenny never does though. That’s what he thinks of his customers.

Poor customer service. Had a date and time set for a quote and nobody showed. Called and spoke to someone twice after and was told they would call me back but never did. I’ve left multiple voicemails with no call back. I get if you’re busy but have the decency to call if you can’t make an appointment. And don’t say someone will call you back if no one ever does. Very disappointed.

**HOMEOWNERS BEWARE** I should have known when the owner was 2+ hours late for the estimate that this was going to be a bad experience. I signed the proposal and the office told me my job was 3 weeks out, I confirmed they would be starting on time the week before, on the third week i stopped getting email and phone responses after i told them the type of pavers we wanted, i eventually got a "were not ignoring you" email which really tells you all you need to know. Two weeks later when they were supposed to show up again to start the job on a Friday (who starts a job on a Friday?) and they never

Their driver cut me off and then when I honked my horn when he stopped in the middle of the road he continue and then decided to break check me in my own neighborhood. I can tell this is a very “classy” company I’ll make sure it’s know around what kind of people they hirer clearly and how you shouldn’t use this company. My son is disabled and needs a mobility device to move from one place to another. Having said that, he was never able to enjoy his own backyard because he couldn’t maneuver his walker through the grass. I would give this company a 0 if I could. They are by far the WORST company I have ever worked with. They take your money and do not finish the job that was paid for. It has been since September that they were… supposed to finish- it’s now mid July. Not only that, because we want the work finished Lenny is so nasty and yells and screams for no reason. Lenny had lied over and over again. Lenny is just awful to work with and his brother Pat is disinterested.
