Very expensive compared with other vendors in the area. Gave them 2 months to try to address a repeating issue with no resolve. Blamed the security/equipment issues on "user error" even when nobody was onsite! Techs are great. But account managers need better communication skills, especially when it comes to security issues. Advise you look elsewhere as we did. Very happy with our current provider.

Pacific Fire came to our rescue! We needed a monitoring system installed to be able to call for a final Fire Inspection on our commercial renovation project but were told by other monitoring companies that it would take weeks or even months to do this. Pacific Fire and Security were out the same day to check out the project and were done 2 days later, as promised. Very communicative and professional.

Just be sure you read all the details of their contracts. Back door charges and changes to the wording. Things that a reputable company should not be doing if they want business. I then found a company that would do the service requested for a third of the price. Just because they have the best reviews doesn’t mean they are the best at their job.
