I had never used Pelles until today, when I woke up without heat in the first sub-freezing day of the season. Kaylee was professional and courteous and scheduled me for the same day! The tech, Jesse, arrived 30 minutes early, was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. The price was more than fair for the repair that was made. I will be using Pelles going forward - great job!

Today was the first time I had Pelles Heating & Cooling Services, Inc. for my HVAC needs and furnace cleaning. I was a long-time customer with another company whose owner passed away suddenly. I had no idea who to contact and Pelles came highly recommended by so many in my local area. Now I understand why and stand in agreement with a high recommendation of my own. Pelles Heating & Cooling provides very dependable and knowledgeable service. In the past I’ve used Pelles for routine maintenance, and this year I had them upgrade both my AC and heating systems. In both cases they met my highest expectations. Matt was the lead worker and has earned my confidence in his workmanship. The new AC works great, I haven’t yet had the opportunity to try the heating system. Based on my experience using Pelles’ services, I can recommend them highly.

Our gas furnace needed to be serviced and after some research by my wife I called Pelles.
Sue answered and asked what was going on with our system. I described the issue and what I had tried to fix it. We had heat and this was not an emergency. It was Friday and she was able to have a technician scheduled for first thing Monday am.
It turns out that Sue was the owner and was very friendly and professional.
I received a text confirmation of the appt. and another text reminder 24 hours prior.
On the day of the appt. I got a text with picture of Matt, who was on the way. He came in and diagnosed
