I am so happy with my new energy efficient, hurricane impact windows and slider. The first thing that gave me confidence in them was the fact that they do not subcontract the work out. Brad, Marty and Mike worked constantly all day and everything was cleaned up when they left. They were great. DuraSash is very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend them to all family and friends.

I had a few companies come out to give me an estimate on hurricane windows, we decided to go with DuraSash after reading the reviews, I’m SO happy we listened to other customers of theirs, from start to finish the level of professionalism is beyond words! They gave me a time they would be here for installation and both days they were here at that EXACT time! Then when they started they never stopped, Brad and his crew clearly know what they’re doing, not only do they do their job perfectly they leave the home cleaner than they started , I have an old 1950’s house nothing is ever easy here

This review is strictly customer service. Although, I did not use this company I wanted to give them credit for their customer service and helpfulness. I requested a quote from this company a person name Chelsea Auslander replied to my message I told her what I wanted and she understood. She advised me of what service they can provide & since I had a perfectly good patio door she suggested another route and would probably be in my price range vs. replacing my sliding door all together. We had 16 windows and 4 doors installed by Dura Sash last week. Not a small job. The quality of the windows are only surpassed by the install overseen by Brad, the owner, who is a perfectionist.
The level of professionalism and courtesy rendered from the office contacts, Chelsea, to the install techs on site was a delight.
To say we are pleased would be an understatement.

I had the windows in my previous home replaced by another company and decided to go with DuraSash this time in hopes of a better experience. All I can say is, WOW! Working with DuraSash is night and day compared to the other company. They took care of everything and made this project easy, which is exactly what I wanted. A big shout out to the DuraSash folks for a job well done. We replaced our aging, ugly triple slider door with a beautiful, energy efficient, PGT slider. It looks awesome, keeps out the heat from the afternoon sun and slides beautifully. From the initial consult to installation, we had a very positive experience with Brad, Chelsea and their team. Without hesitation, we will use DuraSash again when we replace the windows in our home.

To date, DuraSash has a perfect 5-star review on Google. It's not too good to be true. It's a well earned reputation backed by exemplary customer service and execution of a job well done. It wasn't the most seamless process to replace 17 windows in my 1914 home, but DuraSash came through beyond expectations. The few bumps I encountered were addressed and rectified in a satisfactory manner. Chelsea was attentive to my many needs and Brad holds himself to a high standard of workmanship. And I can't go without mentioning of the five quotes I got, DuraSash was by far the best value.

I purchased my first home almost a year ago and in that time frame, I contacted a few different companies regarding installing four new windows. I was highly impressed with a quick response when I first contacted DuraSash via email and all follow-up correspondence. One of THE best companies I have worked with to date. Chelsea was great and kept me updated on the progress of my windows. Best pricing I received and I enjoyed that he brought a demonstration model to show me when he came to measure and quote out the windows. Installation day came and Brad and Joe did a quick, yet very thorough job
