What a pleasure!!! The new owner, David, and his son, Sage are the most customer service oriented, friendly, professional and accommodating people we've dealt with in a very long time! We're well into our 70s and have dealt with innumerable businesses and people over the decades. It's a treat to find folks who run their business the way everyone should. Customer care seems to have become a forgotten "art" but not at The Firebird. We recommend them highly!

We ordered, and paid for, a Napoleon Grill from a big box store on April 17th and we were told it would be delivered in a week. Every week we were given a different story. The last was that was because it was ordered and paid for in the store, and not on line, it would not be included in the shipment Napoleon received from China in early June.
We canceled our order and called The Firebird on June 3rd. Kelly found us the grill in Phoenix and had it shipped to their store in Santa Fe in 3 days. It was assembled and delivered to our house by David on June 11th.

The worst experience we have ever had as a family. David the owner was inconsiderate and rude. Very reluctant to provide a solution to our problem after purchasing a fire burning unit from his sales team. We would not recommend doing business with David. The previous owner was very accommodating. David was very condescending and rude.

Had a salesman sell me a unit. Then recommend an installation company that was not certified. Fire inspector said that we should get our money returned. Owner David was less than accommodating and very aggressive when asking for a solution. Do not do business with this company.

Steer clear of this company. Do not purchase anything from them. If we could give 0 stars, we would. Kent sold us a stove and less than a year later the cast iron started to warp. David the owner refused to accept any responsibility for the faulty product that his team sold my mother. Customer service is definitely not David's main priority. Very unsatisfied customer.

After a difficult interaction, David the new owner of the Firebird went above and beyond to make a negative experience into a great one. David contacted me personally, didn't give me any excuses on my previous experience and committed to a consultation to provide me with a fireplace solution for my new home construction. I believe we found the product we were looking for and very excited to see the end result. Thank you for your help Firebird.

Exceedingly friendly, helpful and informative. Buy local and reap the benefits! Great assistance with drip irrigation system design, setup and maintenance. Bring in a drawing of your yard and they will suggest a zone, line and emitter layout for you, no charge!

I've been buying my irrigation supplies for my business at Firebird since they opened in the old store. Everyone is most helpful and pleasant, but the real advantages are the level of knowledge of their employees and the quality of what they sell. Thank you for all you do to assist your customers.

All the people at The Firebird are incredibly knowledgable, friendly and helpful. My mom's fireplace was incorrectly installed (by an outside plumber) and gave out in the middle of winter and started leaking carbon monoxide. The Firebird helped us figure out the problem and replaced the entire unit. They truly went above and beyond what most retailers would do. To David, Phillip, Gene and Mary, THANK YOU AGAIN!!! You are the best. I highly recommend The Firebird!

These folks are the best. Anytime you got a problem with yard water sprinklers or a fireplace or barbecue these are the only guys at Santa Fe that are worth a damn !! They're really nice to deal with They know their business they're friendly & their local ... it's a great combination !!

Wonderful service!
Firebird patiently troubleshoot it when my new gas fireplace was heating fine but not dancing with beautiful flames. They came over several times until it was fixed and it is absolutely stunning now

I go to the Firebird for my drip irrigation supplies and emitters. They stock a complete inventory of parts, and I can usually get what I need for our yard. If you need technical advice, though, forget it. The customer service here is consistently surly and unhelpful.

My wife and I have bought several stoves from the Firebird, both real wood and gas burning. We bought our first, a jötul, back in the '70s, and our latest, a gas stove (no more cutting wood, no more smoke-n-ashes in the house!) this past winter.

The folks at Firebird have been helpful and knowledgeable. Their delivery people are careful and professional.

Not inexpensive, but their stoves are of high quality.
