Our kitchen sink clogged. We thought, ok call in the morning, no biggie. We have a Reverse Osmosis system which we painfully learned creates a lot of waste water. We woke to an overflowed sink and wet kitchen floor. Wet basement. Called at 8 am, they responded immediately and really put in the work to clear my clog. I've never heard of an under 30 minute response on a Monday morning! Travis and Ty are top notch, I strongly recommend them.

I made and appointment to get some simple work done on my house I was selling. The morning of the appointment, I got a confirmation phone call from the plumber stating the time that he was supposed to show up. 2 hours later after no phone call and no plumber showing up, I called the company to see what was going on and they did not know the whereabouts of their plumber....or what was going on. They said they would get in touch with the plumber and they would let me know soon as what was going on. Almost an hour later with no phone call and no in showing up to my house I called the company back

We had an emergency; Everything that used water: Toilet, shower, washing machine and sinks kept backing up and flooding our basement so we placed a call to Island Plumbing and the receptionist had to MAKE this Travis respond to our call. Travis showed up and told us to move everything so he could access the main line pipe and that he would go find "something else" to do while we did it. Moving everything took MAYBE five minutes and he didn't show up for two hours and it took three calls to get a response which was that he wasn't going to do the project. Very unreliable and extremely rude. Would

They installed a new water heater 3 years ago & charged $795. It went ou recently & wouldn't stay lit. They charged $85 to re-light it & told us dust & lint caused it. When the bill came, I very nicely told them I thought that was pretty high for a 5 minute job. 2 weeks later it quit again. I called & left a message but my call was not returned. When I called again, their answering service advised they were not interested in our business. We called another company. The part that went bad is still under warranty. If you use them, remember not to question their prices. Their egos evidently can't
