We had many choices when it came time for us to make a decision regarding our solar installation. Several companies came to our home to present their solutions and only Joe from Florida power Services took the time to make sure that we understood the entire proposal. He answered all of our questions with a high level of confidence and professionalism. The installation went very smoothly with no hitches. We wanted a solar system to be designed and installed in our home – A system that would produce power and feed it to the grid -- totally offsetting our normal power use. Florida Power Services met all of our requirements and was on time and on budget. Their work is excellent, their people are a delight to work with and their engineering and craftsmanship is top flight. Finally, our new solar system is producing power exactly as predicted! We are quite pleased with the solar installation we purchased from Florida power Services. The details of the system and what was involved were clearly explained. Kyle and Ryan guided us through filling out forms for the programs and spent a lot of time installing the rather complicated electrical connections. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and we like the fact that our monthly our bills went from $130 to more like $15!

Florida Power Services provided us consultation and installation for a 4KW solar panel system for our single-family home. System was installed on the day we agreed, and Devaughn even monitors our output and gives us a call in case anything appears off. Florida Power Services was the only supplier that visited the premises. Joe expertly describe available options and also had great recommendations for panel and box locations. The installers arrived on time and installed the panels to the quoted specifications. Customer Service throughout was polite, expert, and timely. If you are considering solar, go with this company! My husband and I reached out to numerous solar companies and had very back luck with anyone following up with us after an initial call. On the other end of the spectrum, Joe was incredibly responsive and honest - I didn't get the impression that he was trying to push product on us, rather, he gave facts and his thoughtful opinion when we asked for it. Very pleased with the company and contact Joe Forest. Joe provided a good quote and held the project cost to his quoted price. After initiating the project, Joe found out the quoted solar panels were on backorder. He sourced higher quality US made panels and even though they cost more, he kept to the original price. The installation went smoothly and quickly, passing inspection the first time. Throughout the project, Joe kept me informed and was very responsive. After the installation, Joe continues to offer advice.
