Keith Schultz started maintaining my a/c in 2006. He and his wife, Julia, and Mary have been so great to work with. Their son, Adam, who is now the owner, was a great addition. Adam’s wife, Ashley, now works alongside Julia as well, so it is still very much a family business. I feel very fortunate to have them on my side any time I encounter a heating or air conditioning problem. Good work, fair prices, enjoyable folks to be around. I’m not sure what more you could ask for.

Schultz A/c have always exceeded our expectations with their reliability, value, and professionalism. We have been using them for the past 4 years, and no matter which technician they send, we are never disappointed. When our unit failed last Friday evening, they had a wonderful technician with us the following morning: James. James quickly identified the issue with our failing thermostat, replaced it, and then insisted on returning a few days later to finesse the dry wall patch behind it (no extra charge). I cannot recommend Schultz a/c enough.

They are very professional and are fairly priced. We like to support family businesses and they treat you like family. We highly recommend them for any of your air conditioning needs. If you’re anywhere in Lee county, call this company! They’re honest, fair, and dedicated. Not to mention, extremely pleasant. Even after the work day was over, they were communicating with me and offering me ideas that would make the night more bearable in the heat with my AC out before they could get there the next morning. Ashley, Adam and James were genuinely focused on diagnosing my a\c malfunction, obtaining parts needed for repair, and at each step providing optimal customer service (educate about likely problem, what choices for next steps, optimized the cleanliness/rebuilt my air intake area, provided a free thermostat and last but not least- they brought over a portable a/c unit/set it up and left it with me until they got the house’s a/c working proper again!). They sincerely demonstrated caring for me and my home! James showed the patience of Job, would not give up and showed unbelievable perseverance

New to the area i talked to a neighbors that recommended these AC people. I was a little scared to try them out after the year before i hire a new AC company and they wanted to rip me off so bad figuring i had no choice but to hire them.
To put everyone at ease these were the most professional workers i hired to date. They came on time ,alerted me by text that they were on the way.
Upon the evaluation the tech told me of a problem my unit had and offered 2 solutions at different cost levels. Basically i could do a temporary fix for a reasonable price and in the near future i could replace the broken

Schultz air conditioning is awesome! Last month our air conditioning wasn’t working at our house. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Yesterday the ac at our business stopped working so I called Schultz Air Conditioning! They came out and fixed our ac the same day! They are a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

There’s nothing I can put into words on how great this company is. From the office, to the field tech, they are far and away the most honest and nicest people to work with. This isn’t the company you want your neighbor to use, it’s the company you’d want your grandmother to use.

My 23 year old ac unit went out and the compressor was bad. I called Schultz, having heard good things about them from my father who repairs their fleet vans. I got an appointment the next day. The tech arrived right on time. Given a 1-3 window, he was here at 12:50. Repaired and replaced the compressor, and now my unit runs a lot colder then it ever did before. I was expecting a bill over $400, knowing that parts, and labor can be high. My bill of $230 for everything made me wonder if he forgot to charge me for something. It was $35 for the labor. My wife was extremely satisfied saying that the
