My wife and I had our whole downstairs and stairs done in luxury vinyl. We have 4 boys and 2 dogs so durability and waterproof are a must. We did a good amount of research and got multiple quotes but felt the most comfortable with Hank. He is very personable and cares about doing all he can to make you happy with the process and end result. He priced the work well without sacrificing quality. Find some photos to have a look.

Hank is great. He went above and beyond during the replacement and installation of our floors. We had multiple discussions with Hank about the various types of flooring and styles. He knew exactly what we were looking and found us the perfect flooring for our home. During the install process, Hank would make multiple visits to ensure everything was correct. The floors look great. I highly recommmend.

I paid $4300 for 1,404 sq ft. of one of the best carpets he carries. I am very happy with my results. Hank was great to work with. Not a pushy salesperson and (most importantly) delivered! His install crew, led by Eduardo, are real pros and super clean. They worked 11a to 9p! I have white walls that stain just by breathing heavily on them. Eduardo's crew did all that work and left only one small smudge. He offered to touch up, but I declined. I expected worse.
If you are in Spring, Magnolia, etc, I def. recommend giving

This was a true pleasure in working with Hank and his team. As a single woman I was skeptical in getting much needed upgrades in my house done as not wanting to be taken advantage of. I highly recommend this company! Very professional, competitive pricing, and honest! Hank has done a lot of big jobs for me and his main concern is making the customer happy! I called Hank because my floors needed to be replaced due to an AC line leak and I am so glad I did. Hank is a true professional and so is the installation crew. Hank was great with communication with me, getting me the information I needed without delay and was present from beginning to the end. He went above and beyond... we had a branch that broke and was hanging from our pecan tree. Hank said I'll stop by tomorrow and cut down it down for you guys. He just is a good person overall. I would definitely like to recommend this company. I got several bids and The One Floor’s bid was the best. Owner Hank made good suggestions for the project that I had not thought of in advance. He sent Edwardo and Romero and they did a fantastic job! He checked on them regularly. They came when they said they would and they worked long and hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. They made special efforts to keep the area clean as they worked...even with the rain. I would suggest waiting a few days on your job if you had to, to get this crew.

These guys are great! Very friendly and very professional. We had our kitchen, entryway, half bath, and laundry room redone in a new tile. They came out and knocked it out fast. The crew was great and thoughtful about when/where to move certain big items.
Overall, Hank and team were wonderful and we are very happy with our new floors!

We absolutely love our floors and would highly recommend Hank and his crew! We purchased WPC Vinyl flooring because it is waterproof, isn't cold to walk on, and can easily be removed for resale purposes. Hank and his crew are extremely professional and were easy to work with from start to finish. Hank wants his customers to be happy and truly is a great guy.

Was impressed with The One Floors. We had to replace our upstairs carpet. They were very knowledgeable & patient with us even though we asked a million questions about which floor was right for us. We ended up with hand-scraped wood floors & the finished product is gorgeous. Their crew was very respectful of our home. I'll recommend them to everyone. Thank you Hank!
