Services
Upstate Asphalt provides service for a total box out of your driveway or in some cases resurface over existing asphalt. The milling process involves removal of existing asphalt from your current pavement through the use of a milling machine. The process removes one to four inches off the top to keep transitions flush.
We are a full service site contractor capable of all phases of your development, from land clearing, site balancing, underground utilities, foundations, roadways, and managing the balance of the topsoil by setting up a mobile screening plant to process and sell the excess material from your site. Asphalt pavement begins to deteriorate as soon as it is placed. When asphalt is exposed to the weather conditions such as ultraviolet rays, rain water, oxygen, road salt, heat and extreme cold, it reacts by expanding and contracting. This expansion and contraction causes the common stress cracks and potholes.
