Installation took place 2 months after the promised date of installation. Blinds Pro would only provide us installation details after we repeatedly badgered them to refund us our money as they would not commit to a proper installation timeline. The installer who came was rude. He did not install the blinds per plan. The blinds do not open or close smoothly. You need to apply a great amount of force to work the blinds. The installer was very clear that if we had problems with the blinds, we were on our own. Overall, poor professionalism, poor customer service, and poor product. I would not recommend

It was not easy to find a company with a good reputation for blinds. I am glad I listened to the reviews for Blinds Pros. It did not take long to schedule and appointment.
Great selection and they helped us pick something close to what we were replacing. They kept in contact with us about any delays or shipment issues. Once the blinds came in it was easy to schedule the installation and it was all done the same day. They even took away our old blinds for us. Can't recommend them enough!

Great experience and value buying blinds for our new home in Boca Raton. Isaac was knowledgeable and helpful during the initial visit. Carol was very accommodating coordinating the installation. Isaac from Blind Pro was absolutely fabulous. I called him Friday of Memorial Day weekend and left a message. Within 10 minutes he called me back, and within an hour he was at my house for a service call. Today, as promised he came and took my mom's blinds down for repair, and in an hour he brought them back and hung them. His company is an absolutely pleasure to deal with and so fair and timely. I highly recommend him.

So my family lives in a 2 story house & needed immediate help to revamp the blinds due to other services they were having done. Isaac was so quick to come on by, guide us through this process as it is all new to us and really lend a helping hand where he could.
He came over, initially just to give us options & a ton of recommendations. My parents were seriously ecstatic and loved everything he had to say. When they finally decided which route to go, it was a really quick process.
