At Lyvayko Bathroom Systems, we design and remodel up to 100 classic and innovated bathroom and kitchen projects every year. Kitchen and bathroom are the busiest rooms in a house that take up a lot of time to keep clean and attractive. To save time on cleaning and re-sealing grout lines many of our customers are transferring to maintenance free surfaces and touchless fixtures, easy to spray and wipe away, with no grout.
Lyvayko Freestanding Shower System is a unique one-step approach modular system that provides a leak-free unit with safe and easy installation. Our exclusive customized designs allow you to express individuality. One of the competitive advantages of the product is that it is assembled with thinnest and most durable walls in the industry (only 3/4 thick).
Lyvayko Foam Tile Backer/ Building Panels are made of styrofoam encased in fiber mesh and polymer mortar coating on both sides. The panels are ideal substrate for tile and stone as they are lightweight, rigid, soundproof, and provide great insulation. Lyvayko building panels are widely used in wet areas to create 100% waterproof surface for tile, stone, etc.
Our flat sink furnishes your bathroom with fabulous look and maximum comfort. It can be installed over any traditional vanity cabinet; in addition, no P-trap under LYVAYKO's flat sink means more room you dreamed of for your organizers and drawers. I learned about Lyvayko (a family owned company) during my internet search for a contractor to do my shower remodel. I contacted the company and, shortly thereafter, met with Michael Jr. and Mila (part owners and/or leaders of the company). I discussed my vision of the remodel with them, loved their responses/input, and consequently, was made to feel confident that Lyvayko would be the correct choice for my project. Michael and his crew were beyond the best. Vasily, Jacob and Sacha were consummate professionals and exceptionally clean (never left any tools, trash, even swept our stairs when leaving for the weekends;). Always here early morning and worked non-stop daily to complete our beautiful master bathroom remodel.
I would also like to give props to Jose, Michael's recommended custom cabinet maker: excellent workmanship, cabinets turned out exactly as envisioned.

Found Lyvayko Bathroom Systems via a neighborhood recommendation. I actually got 5 quotes based on recommendations. There was one less expensive quote. But I felt like Michael knew what he was doing and would make sure the results were perfect. So I went with him. I was not disappointed. Lyvayko is a family run business. They take pride in their work and don't just hand off the critical work to unsupervised folks learning on the job. They were able to put in a curbless walk-in shower where my tub was. Retiled the walls and the floor. Everything is level and matches up with the hallway wood floors

Michael and his team are amazing. They were very respectful, timely, professional and excellent at each one of their respective skills. The whole process was super simple and made very clear after we set our expectations to what can be done, will be done and what it will cost. Michael, his father and his team were very professional from the moment we signed the contract to the final walk through of our project. Michael was very good about keeping us informed of the daily progress of our project and always made sure that all our questions are answered. We had some work done remodeling and upgrading 3 bathrooms. Michael junior, Michael senior and Vasily and team all provided thoughtful feedback to our ideas and are each excellent craftsmen. It became clear early on that we found a quality business. Had a question or concern? Michael returned calls Immediately. The team was quiet (as possible when doing construction), considerate (I worked at home the entire time) and warm, friendly and trustworthy. We plan on having the return for our kitchen remodel!

We hired Lyvayko Systems to completely remodel both of our bathrooms, including new tile showers with accent, quartz counter tops, tile flooring, lighting, toilet, and faucets. Michael is extremely easy to work with, no surprises, says what he does and does what he says. The quality of their work is outstanding. They pay attention to the details and don't just rush it through. They started when they said they would and they finished when they said they would. Exceptional customer service and expert work with our master bath remodel! Michael is very easy to work with, answers all our questions and concerns. He is honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. We felt like he had our best interest in mind. The shower door contractor who works with him says that we are "in good hands with Lyvayko unlike other contractors he has worked with. They are good people."
