We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Van. The attention to detail was flawless. Brad came to our home two times before we okayed the installation of the mini split system. We were reluctant to cut into our logs but he assured us they could get it sealed up. Cody, the installer, was professional and very capable. Thank you Van for making this a great experience. We will recommend you to anyone that is in need of your service.

I called Van's when my furnace stopped working over the weekend. The crew at Van's was very responsive, professional and courteous. I received a call back within minutes, they sent a technician over right away and they got my furnace running again quickly! I couldn't be happier with the service the Van's team gave me!!!

My wife and purchased this house in 2014. In the fall of 2016 we discovered that out furnace needed the burner replaced. Van said that the furnace we had may hard to find a burner. The furnace and outside air conditioning unit were old. It was time to have them replaced. We decided to get a heat pump to lower our cost of LP gas. Van Plumbing and Heating installed the heat pump.
About once every 2 weeks the furnace “lost its brain” and would run hard. We turn off the furnace and restart it and it would be okay again. We called Van’s and there were very responsive. They spoke with the manufacturer

We had a good relationship with Vans until we had to deal with the owner. He treated us like an inconvenience. He didn't show up to the appointment. We call and he arrives next day to email quote same day. 4 days later we call with no quote. He emails quote 1.5 hours after we called trying to say he already sent it- it was not itemized, just a max $ amount and that's it. The most unprofessional interaction in my life. Incredibly rude. We will no longer do business with this contractor again.

I called Van contracting and HVAC for help in installing a new HVAC system. I started on the project my self with the help of u-tube and soon realized, I was way in over my head. After calling Vans, I was greeted with the upmost reassurance of a business, that they would be able to help me out. When the techs showed up to the house, on time, they were the nicest people I had the pleasure to deal with. I have employed approximately 200 employees in my past businesses, and I was very impressed how vans screening was to hire such knowledgeable staff. Keep up the great work over there Vans.

My toilet was loose so I had Van Contracting come out to fix it. He had to pull the toilet and fix the floor. It’s perfect now, and the plumber left my bathroom as clean or cleaner than before he was there. I will definitely use them again!

They were very speedy and able to come out the same day I called, which was great. However, we were told the heat had to be shut off immediately because it was a hazard, and that we were better of replacing the whole system. Being taught to get a second opinion, we had two other people come in and take a look. Neither one of them found this broken cap that forced the heat off. In the end, this cap that was supposedly broke was just loose, and needed to be tightened. The only other thing it needed, was to be cleaned. After doing both of these, we haven't had any issues since. Both of us called days
