Shawn and Sam were as professional as it gets, but still very personable. Great attitude, hard workers, very knowledgeable. I just bought the house, and the previous owner(s), seems to have never had the ducts clean, so you can imagine the amount of crap that was in there, but the guys cleaned all of it up, even if it meant more time (stayed twice as long as they should have)!

I called USAA air care today to get a price quote on getting the insulation installed into my home. The guy that answered the phone was very sweet very professional. That same afternoon they send a technician to come through my home and give me a proper quote. I was very impressed with how thorough they were and how knowledgeable they were about the newer type of insulation and the benefits of having it put in. I will definitely be using this company. I have already scheduled an appointment.

USA Air Care is an incredible company! I needed my HVAC system cleaned immediately. It was so dirty and dust particles were starting to come out of it. I called this company and asked if they would be able to send someone to my home to clean it.
The following day after our phone call they sent a technician to my house to clean my HVAC system. He did such a great job and it is now spotless! I am very happy with the cleaning job he did! I am breathing in clean air now, Thank you guys very much!

USA Air Care was able to support me with a sweep and vacuum of my entire home air duct unit,. The price for service only costed 89.99 and $10 for any additional air duct per fett. The service was second to none and the tech Ron was very friendly and easy to work with. The price and service was just right and they made me feel comfortable with the whole process and I know for sure they didn't charge me anything crazy. Thank you for your air duct services. Highly recommend this company to everyone!!!

I knew I wasn't getting as much been ventilation around the house, because sometimes it would be hot in one room and cold in the other! It was like I was walking through different seasons around the house haha! US air care was able to take care of me with fixing that. I requested a quote on line and a repair man was at my door in a short time. He took a quick look and got the job done within the hour. Everything is now blowing correctly at the right temperature thank you!

Called USA Air Care yesterday to setup appointment for cleaning dryer vent in one of the units in la area , they came today on time , tech was very professional and polite , did inspect the vent with a camera to see what is wrong , found out a dead animal inside , replace the all thing pretty fast and dryer is back working , tenant is happy :)
Overall I am very happy from service price and workmanship would recommend them and use them again in all of my units

I called in to get the air ducts cleaned in my home since i've been getting these horrible allergies and i thought maybe it had something to do with the ducts not being cleaned..EVER !
When i called to book an appointment for the cleaning, the receptionist was very informative & polite and she booked me for a free consultation and said that if i agree they will provide me with the services at the same time.
The technician that came out was sam, he was on time, professional and very courteous. Right away he started inspecting the work
