Re-insulating the attic was recommended during the inspection of our new home. I called Attic Projects and Chase came out to give me the straight dope, man, the objective information about my attic situation. Right after Thanksgiving, Jeramy, Angel and Martel cleaned out our attic and plugged all the holes where the rodents were entering. They did an excellent job and took great pride in their work. We would definitely use them again. We had another firm do the rodent proofing several years ago and the work only lasted 2 years. We liked the idea that their work has a 10 year warrenty. Thank you

Jeremy and the crew did a great job of the mold remediation and insulation in my attic. They were right on time, super clean, and very professional. Attic Projects does a great job showing what work needs to be done with photos ahead of time and walking you through it; I also was shown progress throughout and they delivered everything that they promised.

JP, Jeremy, Gabriel, and Donald were the people that helped with my attic cleaning/insulation replacement/rodent proofing. I knew nothing about attic work coming into this experience, I just knew we needed help. They spent the time educating me and including me on their process so I was never confused or in the dark. My attic looks amazing, and I’m feeling extremely confident moving forward. These four were courteous, professional, genuine, and kind. While I’m personally hoping to need no more attic work now, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else.

This is an extraordinary company. From the first person we met, Mike, who did the estimate and took photos of the work that needed to be done and kept an eye on the progress of the project, to the office staff, to the project managers, and to the crew that did the work, we were truly impressed. We couldn't be more pleased. There were two phases - (1) removal of old insulation, sealing all the areas around fixtures leading into the attic from the ceiling, and rodent-proofing all openings; (2) installing insulation.
We had our own electrician come out between the two phases to check wiring based on Chris D's assessment of the wiring in the attic while the team was working on Phase 1. I'm so glad we had the wiring fixed in between because there were live wires and would've been

I could not be happier with Attic Projects in San Diego!
After several decades of periodic rampant rat activity, our large attic had become a toxic and disgusting bio-hazard! The ancient insulation was thoroughly soiled and the sheer amount of droppings was disturbing, to say the least. The rats had also destroyed much of the ducting insulation and had ripped some of the plastic ducts themselves.
