Yes, we do! We offer a group rate for groups of 5 or more consecutive homes. These homes must be next door to one another and must not require us to transport our equipment. Instead of $89 for the first 15 minutes, it is $79 for the first 15 minutes, then it is $15 for each additional 5 minute block.
Lawn Core Aeration alleviates compacted soil, allowing more oxygen, water, and nutrients to enter the soil, helping to promote a better transfer of nutrients between the soil and the roots. Core aeration and overseeding will fix bare spots and thin, sparse grass. Your lawn will grow strong and vibrant in the spring!.
Because we use a "CONTROLLED RELEASE" fertilizer product that is broken down by the environment over the course of 12-16 weeks. This allows the lawn to stay greener, longer as compared to the typically used faster release products that are broken down by water over the course of 3-4 weeks. By releasing the fertilizer over a longer timeframe, our fertilizer provides a steady stream of nitrogen and nutrients for the soil.

This is our 3rd year having MJR out for curbside leaf pick up. Their team including the office and on the trucks were courteous, and efficient. Sign up was easy, price was reasonable and they came on the date promised. An easy way to deal with fall leaves and was informed the leaves are sent to be made into much vs filling a landfill.

We haven't even had MJR Landscape Team to our yard yet and I'm impressed with the company! Why you ask? Because customer service is important across the company, from the first call to inquire all the way through the completion of the service. I've only had phone and email conversations with Jesse so far and have been incredibly impressed with her! She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind and patient. We look forward to the MJR Landscape Team seed our yard this fall. My expectations are high having worked thus far with Jesse and I am certain the Landscape Team won't disappoint.

We have used them for over 20 years. They do clean up in the spring, cut our lawn and in the fall clean the leaves up, they clean our gutters, put down fertilizer and are very good. They started out with the father running the company and his son has grown to where he is now running it with a bit of help from dad. Very friendly and we wouldn't use anyone else.

I contacted MJR online asking for a one-time mow for my jungle of a lawn. Within two hours, I had not received only an email answering all of my questions, but a crew was sent out to my house to mow. Titania was very helpful and payment was a snap. She emailed my invoice and I was able to pay right online without any issues. I was so impressed with the customer service and turn-around time that I am contracting them to mow my lawn for the season. Kudos!
