I have used Lancaster for the past couple of years for various things. I wanted to write this review to say what a great group of people that have been to my home. They are highly knowledgeable, take the time to explain what they did and what was going on with my AC, and the most important thing, friendly. Reminds me of a quote: If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your business. Someone is taking care of the employees..will continue to use them.
