I started the business in 2010 and have been doing carpet repair & cleaning since 1988 as an individual contractor. I served as a minister for 15 years before entering this amazing industry.

After a recent and significant water leak, we contacted Phoenix Water Damage Services. Robert and his crew were to our facility within a half an hour, and able to begin work the same day. He took into consideration the clients we serve, many with underlying health conditions, and took every precaution to ensure their safe return, including anti microbial/ anti mold spray. To be sure to prevent any future concerns. He was very thorough and willing to explain the process to us in detail, and was in the facility daily to check progress and adjust accordingly. I’m so grateful that my husband has found Phoenix water damage services to come check our water damage! We had a great experience with Robert and Andrew at Phoenix Water Damage. When our kitchen island and wood floors sustained water damage, Robert arrived within the hour and immediately tracked down the source of the leak. Fans and drying equipment were set up quickly.
