I obtained a good number of interior & exterior paint estimates before listing my Miami house for sale. The 'differences' between quotes ranged from $2,000 to $4,500, that’s how varied paint estimates can be in Miami and why customers must obtain a minimum of 3 quotes, I obtained more than 3. Within the first five minutes of meeting Jose i knew he was going to be my paint contractor. He was on time, listened attentively and had some great recommendations on finishes. When worked commenced it was obvious his team were seasoned professionals...detail oriented, well organized and very clean. I took about 5 estimates from various painting companies. A family friend who had use this company and really like their quality of work said I couldn’t go wrong. Well after agreeing to an unbelievable contract that included repairs, patch work, pressure cleaning of patio screen enclosure , driveway and all walk ways I’m thrilled to say I made a great selection. Jose and his team at Paint Proz have far exceeded my expectations! The attention to detail and work that they put into my house was phenomenal. My house was in massive need of patching and repainting. The cracks were really bad in some areas but Jose was able to grind the walls down to the point where you can't even tell there was patch work done. Paint proz did a very clean and seamless job. We had gotten a few estimates from different painting companies and we were undecided. Then we came across an ad in the Homepros Guide Magazine and found PaintProz. We decided to get one more estimate. We called on a Sunday morning doubting that they can do the estimate the same day. Surprisingly, that same afternoon the owner of the company, Jose, came by to do the estimate. He seemed younger than all the other painters that came by but, he came across as very knowledgeable and familiar with all the latest painting techniques. Fantastic service, so profesional. From the beginning Jose was on point, showing up on time agreed upon (in Miami this is hard to find), discussing all details of what the job included. Later that same night I had a very detailed quote on what their service included. The pricing is not expensive at all for all that they do and the quality of work is above and beyond. Also to add the communication between me and Paint Proz is almost immediate, any question or concern was answered within 15 min tops via text. They really want heir costumers happy. I would recommend them to anybody.
