I have utilized several storage facilities in the past. The property manager April is by far the best property manager there is. She happily welcomed our family, streamlined the process answered all of our questions. She also went above and beyond her duties by coordinating with our moving company upon their arrival. I have already recommended to my friends and will definitely use this place again.

April is by far the the best property manager I’ve came in contact with. I needed a last minute storage unit and she came through with flying colors. It was not just supplying us with a unit it was the way she understood our situation had all the paper work filled out before we got there so I could be in and out. I give April a A+. She should have her own franchise.

April, is the absolute best property manager, she's very attentive to detail. She always makes sure all of my lockers are well maintained and looked after, I often receive deliveries and she will either hold them for me and even personally delivers them to one of my units. She is always willing to go above and beyond the call if duty. Just an absolute joy to be around.

I would love to thank April the manager at American Flag Storage at 5221 Bragg Blvd., she is such a wonderful asset to this company. I have 3 storage units for my business and several times she has helped me when I was out on the road with truck deliveries, customers and anything else that has come up, she is a blessing and I will continue to do business with her. I would like to give recognition to this particular storage facility. First, my initial experience renting at the storage facility was wonderful. The clerks were extremely nice, helpful and handled everything in a professional manner. I have never rented from American Flag before, but this will always be my only choice. Every visit, I see the manager, April, on-site busy keeping the facility grounds clean and monitoring the storage areas. She always waves to me and has a big smile on her face each time I see her. Due to relocating, I was in need of a storage facility that could accommodate oversized furniture. I stopped by and was greeted by Ms April with a very cheerful smile. I told here what I needed and she immediately filled me in on what size unit that would benefit me. The facility and grounds were very clean and neat.
